I've never played Josy & Maya's route so I hadn't thought about it that way, it makes sense... But it shouldn't happen if the player is in Sage's route... Sage doesn't seem to like it very much when Maya says that her first kiss with a guy was with the MC.

Josy didn't tell Sage to fuck the MC in EP7 either. In principle, Maya does the same thing in EP9. There is a simple reason for this. This all happens before the MC tells Josy and Maya so he wants to be exclusive with them. Josy and Maya just don't want to mess up the MC's tour at Sage in case he doesn't choose to throuple.

I think this event is one that takes place during a free roam in episode 4, and then you can decide to either let Ron continue to behave like a pervert or push him into the room. I always decide to mess with him. He's such a cunt.

I have to correct that. It points to Jill. Moon is Lana Royce and the DNA points to Jill. They are siblings, after all. What if Magnar is acting on Jill's behalf?

That's not so far-fetched. Jill knows Magnar personally and she asks Magnar just before the DnG in EP3 if he wants to play it now and at this time. It is implied so that Jill has played several DnG together with Magnar. Furthermore, Jill is protecting the MC the whole game. Then we have the photo of Miranda, Viv and Lynette in front of the Royce mansion.
