The mansion trashing was definitely the Jocks, I don't know why everyone has built a conspiracy around it. We even see Dawe look towards the DIKs mansion (the opposite way to where the DIKs were walking away) when the DIKs move towards the Preps mansion after the confrontation with Caleb with a smirk on his face.

Because it feels a bit too obvious. And the Jocks never mention it, never boost about it, never gloat, not even once. DPC obviously wants players to be suspicious of it (like Nick's room being the only room not trashed), the question is if it's just a red herring or not. That's why some people think Vinny did it to hide that he was searching for something.
I was also going to point out how stupid it would be to tag themselves in the mess since if anybody had reported it, all the Jocks would be in big trouble, but they're not that bright.

I meant his visit at the Halloween party. Cube changed position on the table after he visited MCs room. That's the sense I talked about.

I don't support theory of Vinny's infliction in destruction of DIK's mansion. Alphas had to know him, be on good terms with him and be in a contact with him for this to happen. I don't see any points for it, bc DIKs & Alphas can't stand each other from the beginning.

Vinny does not give the impression of an errand boy, or a person who will come running from hell knows where at the first call of the jocks to smash the fraternity house, OG founder of which he was.

His subsequent visit at the party and the fact that it was once his place (library) also suggests that he has nothing to do with it.

The dude came to college to have fun, not to study, lasted one year and left, started drug dealing shit, etc. Where is he and where are the alphas?

2 pictures above suggests that Alphas called him, asked him to smash DIKs mansion and then gave him all that dildos, spray paint and so on and asked to leave everywhere "AAA" and other primitive drawings.

Same shit with installing hidden CCTVs etc.

Who says it has to have been the Jocks at all? They themselves never even mention it. Never boost about it or rub the DIKs noses in it. That's one of the reasons why some people think someone else did it and made it look like it was the Jocks. And DPC obviously wants people to speculate.

But of course some other peoples have their hands in the "game" too to damage the DIKs... lets see how this unfolds in the end, but i wouldnt expect the holy shit David Finch moment in the end. If Vinny was after something and turned it upside down to find that thing, he could have done it to hide the fact that it was him. And Nick could be helping him which is why his room was the only room not trashed. But it could just as well be the way it looks, that the Jocks did it. Obviously, DPC wants there to be speculations. That can be the only reason why Nick's acting so shady, why his room wasn't trashed and why the Jocks never mention trashing the place.

questionable storytelling, and plot holes, because why no one told MC who Sage, is they just give him vague warning, and never once said, hey You , that's Burke's daughter, or even after you fuck Jade and show the video, never one of them burst out and say, Hey, "Sage"s mom, Nice "
But suddenly everyone remember it, when Sage does the walk of shame, suddenly, all of them aware that MC fucking the Mom and the Daughter at the same time .

if he try to complicate things more just for a temporary "wow" surprised pikachu face factor, he just gonna dig himself to a hole, of in to a Maze, that he will very hard time to get out, with a consistent and convincing story.

Nick doesn't need enemies, someone knowing about the friendship between Nick and Vinny is enough. I bet the traitor is among the DIKs and it's Jacob. I believe Jacob is connected with Burke in some way. He is the only one bothered to see the MC on the couch kissing Sage, he uses the DIK code to prevent Jade's video from being leaked or commented on. He has a bizarre reaction when the MC is on the stairs giving a speech to encourage the members to restore the mansion together, everyone says what they think until Nick agrees with the MC and Jacob is silent hoping that no one buys the MC's idea. Have you ever noticed when someone tries to point fingers at one of the DIKs, Jacob is the first to say that there are no traitors among them? Why was Jacob on his cell phone when the Cathy incident happened? Was he texting Burke? Jacob is the traitor, I'm sure of it!

That's not saying much. Even if they weren't responsible for the destruction of the mansion they wouldn't miss the chance to joke about the situation and even then, they don't. Whether they destroyed the mansion or not cannot be interpreted from the lack of comment on their part.

The Jocks never mention it because the fraternity is on probation after Chad's punishment. They knew the mansion was empty so there'd be no witnesses, they tagged the damage to show the DIKs that it was them without saying anything, because if the wrong person hears them bragging then the frat is shut down. They know the DIKs can't report them otherwise they'd have to explain why the mansion was empty and what they were doing that night, and the Jocks could plausibly claim that the tags were painted there by the DIKs to implicate them.

I don't know why some people insist on the idea that it was Vinny who destroyed the mansion, the mansion is too big for just one person to destroy. I don't think that Vinny has anything to do with the Mansion's destruction. It is more than likely as simple as the Jock did it, and Nick room was a bit spared because he didn't fucked arieth.

Much simpler, Nick tells him they are going to Preps, he takes advantage and goes for what he wants. The jocks' work is just a bonus

My point was for fact, that somebody touched/played with cube, and since it changed position only after Vinny's visit, most of the facts point to him. I wonder why didn't he just take it with him or, more simply, didn't steal it.

It is an ornament on a desk on which mc studies, that it is not in exactly the same place does not seem so suspicious to me
