After rewatching american pie 7 the beta house I've noticed that clearly DPC got inspired by this movie, because the plot and some of the diks are very similar to the Beta's here. The intiation very similar to the one in the movie, The character of stiffler who is similar to tommy and Weasly who is very similar to rusty(Both are cool and rich, which is implied in the movie.). If dpc got inspierd by this movie I hope that he will create a crazy olympic compititun like in this movie, and provide a better rivel to the diks then the jocks, Man a episode with insane compeitions would be amazing .

What happened to the development? Earlier it used to be 3-4 months b/w updates, now it has been more than 9 months! Have I Missed something? Are the devs alright?

Just the one Dev hence the long dev time. Also the dev time, itself, as increased incrementally every chapter. I think it was epuside 3 release was the last time it was under 5 months per episode. Something like that. DPC tests himself and puts more and more into each episode so it takes longer to do.

Not only do the DIKs already know who she is, she's paying cash for an elite college in America. That's not something you can do if you've only been working for a year. An elite private school on the low end in the US is $70,000 dollars a year. If we are going to assume B&R isn't an elite school but just an average Four Year Private school the average cost is $35,852 dollars a year, which doesn't include books, housing, food plans, ectra. If she's paying cash like she claims, it's likely she's saved up a couple of years, and has kept working to have regular spending money now and saving up for next years tuition.
When we talk to her at the Pink Rose when we are a cleaner, she says when she looks back in five years she will be working in healthcare with no college debt or mortgage. Once again hinting to her stripping to pay for not only her entire education but a house. This isn't something you do in a year, she likely worked a a few yers before she began her college years.The way she says she "finally" feels in control of her life hints to having tried it another way earlier. So I think it's unlikely she was 18 when she first started, but may have tried other jobs first until deciding to be a stripper. When MC says he wishes he had a plan like her's Lily tell him to let it come to him and not push it. Hinting again that this wasn't her first plan but what she came up with to be financially independent.
That and she can buy alcohol hints to her being at least 21. She's likely in her early 20s. She's not 18, she was at least 18 last year to be with Jamie and Leon. 19-20 is possible but less likely. 21 is how old I think she is. 22-24 is possible but unlikely.

Honestly, this is the Stifler 2.0, an improved version after they failed miserably with the original. Because the genuine Stiff was an idiot and a loser, and ended up being a punchbag for the other male leads, even little shitster Finch. And when they tried to fix him, this is what they did.

I'm sure B&R is not an "elite" one and probably not an "average" one too. More likely a decent economy one.
I don't think that such guy like MC, would be able to apply to "average" or "elite" college. This would be an unaffordable amount for him, even with a loan.
Looking at the other students, you may conclude the same thoughts. The only "elite" frat in a whole campus is ANOs and they strongly contrast and differ from the rest of the students. In "average" or "elite" college almost all students would be like preps in B&R.
MC mentioned that his $5000 inheritance may cover 1 semester (2.5 months?) of Maya's tuition (when being in Throuple and thinks about spending them or saving for future use).
So, it should be about $20k per year. And $60-80k for a full tuition of 3-4 years (Maya mentioned that tuition may take 3 years instead of 4 years if student does well and take additional classes). But such student would need to act like Magnar and other nerds probably, because even Sage, who is quite intelligent and clever is at her 4th year.
I suppose she is at least 22yo, since she probably have to be 21yo to work in strip club and she works there already for a while, 1-2 years at least. It sound stupid if customers have such age restriction to enter the strip club, but employees, for example, may work in such place from 18.
Pink Rose "boss" goes for risk with an agreement between security & DIKs, allowing guys which are below 21 to enter the club. While allowing girl(s) below 21 to work there is a very different thing. And in theory, the criminal punishment and consequences would be very different if such facts were discovered.
Some people may use a porn-industry as an example, where "actors" have to be 18+, but not 21+, but it's not the same, I suppose. Maybe such limitation (to Pink Rose particularly) applied because they sell an alcohol. But I can barely imagine strip club w/o it. So, technically, strip club with no alcohol probably may work with employees and customers from 18+.
I'm sure USA residents may clear this out to players from another countries.
In my country all and every restrictions are lifted after 18+
