There is one thing that makes Chad far worse than Quinn. He wasted years of Sage's life. Sage can regain many things but nobody will return her years wasted on Chad.
I dunno. Being a drug dealer, abuser and sex trafficker is pretty much worse than simply lying. Basically, put it this way, if Quinn were arrested she could easily get 20+ years in prison.

I am not Karamba. Quinn is probably the worst person in the game and deserves to be locked up! However, I wouldn't say no if she asked for a conjugal visit!
Overall, not the best line to demonize Quinn is to compare her to the highest rated iconic antagonists in history. Everyone loves Darth Vader and Hannibal Lector, people tend to love villains, especially if they're well written. In the case of Quinn, DPC hit the bull's-eye , he wrote the character so well that it causes constant controversy.
