Anyway, I've kept playing and then it comes the introductory narration by the MC. And these lines...

So he (the MC) was happy back then. He says they (Neil and him) had enough, they had each other. And then he continues saying: "As for know? Let me tell you what happened." to let the game properly start.

I don't know why, but this is giving me now a very strong feeling that Neil is gonna die during the game. I hope I am imagining things.

I also had the impression that something was going to happen to Neil, I imagined it would be something like he was going to get hurt at work, or he was going to "kill himself" from working so hard.
When Neil took the furniture to the MC he had a slip of the tongue and mentioned that he was no longer a supervisor (I don't have saves for that part to show here), so he may have been demoted, he needs money to fund his life and of his son, and for that he will have to get more jobs or something like that, and this will affect his health, or he could even get injured at work, and with the hospital bills the situation will only get worse... Anyway, yeah, something is going to happen to Neil.

And based on some of the previews of the next EP we've seen, the MC has stopped taking care of himself, he's unshaven, in many of the previews he's "sad" with someone comforting him, and let's face it, he's immature, he needs to grow up, and a drama like something happening to his father, his only family, can force him to mature.

Nicole is definitely my favorite SG along with Mona. Such a good character. She is so beautiful, and smokin' hot! The whole MacAllens bar sequence was awesome. Getting to know some more mature ladies in a more private setting unrelated to their work was great.

I don't even pay attention to Jill, so I'm not going to comment on her preview, I don't even remember what it's like, but in the preview with Zoey the MC seems to be informing her of something bad, either it's something between them, or with someone they know, It's just an assumption, but it fits.



In the preview with Riona, the MC is unshaven, clearly upset about something, and Riona is comforting him.



In most of the previews, the MC is happy and clean-shaven, so only towards the end of the chapter should something happen, something that should make him stop taking care of himself, if it's something related to Neil, we don't know, let's wait and see.

Since the arrival of the next episode is no longer a thing of the distant future or so it seems and since I wanted to play new playthroughs for the different paths I like just before playing the newest episode in order to have important elements of the narrative fresh in my head, I just started a new game, after deleting my saves (I made a backup of them before ) and my persistent file. And there Jill was to welcome me to the game as if I had never played it before. And man, when I've reached this point, I've felt a strong uneasiness.

Seriously, DPC is an asshole. He's going to find a way to ruin your favorite Li for the sake of cheap drama, one way or another. He has done it already, several times, both in AL an in BADIK. I don't know. Maybe your favorite Li is going to die. Maybe you are going to find some nasty secret about her past that you won't like. Maybe you are going to discover she's crazy, maybe she's going to start a woke campaign of activism, maybe she's going to be even deeper into some stupid, over-the-top criminal shit than you ever though, maybe you are going to discover she's a full-time prostitute for a gang, maybe she's going to change her personality and make her a bitch or a sex-crazed slut, maybe he's going to make her a lesbian and you can't have her if you don't agree with sharing her with another lesbian... Personally, I think that the developer should not give a damn about any moral and political views of the players, this game is not some kind of “build your own government” political simulator, it’s a damn porn game about a guy in college, a dramatic comedy based on the American Pie. Who cares about politics... Politically biased people should not have any influence on the author's creative process.
The developer must follow his vision, but at the same time not drown out any criticism as DPC does, resulting in ridiculous technical solutions like 60 FPS animations. As for interacting with the fan base, yeah, he's an asshole. Imagine spending a lot of time identifying the guy who leaks the previews in order to ban him.

That's partly also why I think it'd happen (though I wouldn't call it cringe personally). There seems to be a number of DIK-oriented options getting added so Sally would make sense as a CHICK-oriented one.

IMO, the entire fun part about Sally is the banter resulting form Fuckface being a DIK to her, even Karen joins in in ep9 If you make a chick MC and her be together it will just feel like a lesser version of already established relationships.
