For the regular saves that you see in-game, just move the entire folder to the flash drive.
For the persistent saves, Users - "Name of your PC" - App Data - Roaming - RenPy. Looks like there's a folder for Season 1 and 2 then a separate folder for Season 3.

Nah, I think these guys just watch too much anime. There will be no character arc where MC becomes hokage.
DPC is heavy on the unrealistic melodrama but he at least attempts and is sometimes successful at imitating real life. It would make absolutely zero sense to kill off MC's dad. It's a coming-of-age story for an 18-year old going off to college. You don't need to kill off the dad because MC's already living away from him and growing up just fine without him. MC may be a tad bit slow but Neil dying isn't going to make him smarter lol.
And why the hell are we still talking about who's going to die?

MC is going to find out Bella's husband is out on parole when he wakes up from a two year coma because he got his head bashed in the moment James catches MC leaving her house. It's such a shame MC is too retarded to ask questions.
Forget about James, Ep.9 made it clear that Bella's drama is being a widow in denial about her husband's death. It's a common phenomenon that happens among widowers and this is the drama that the DPC wants to present with Bella's character.
