I know it's cool to make theories about Riona and the possible rescue that Quinn will plan (I don't think it's necessary, Vinny should let Riona go hours after having a conversation with her), but... I don't think that This has a great importance in the plot, otherwise the MC would be involved. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Riona kidnapped at the same time that the MC is with Derek and Maya at Bella's house?

Even if the MC is on Quinn or Riona's route he will be busy or without a cell phone, as he didn't want to risk ruining Derek's plan, in the moment Quinn or Tommy tries to contact him. Furthermore, if the MC were to be involved, even the CHICK MC would be and I'm sure Quinn would rather be shot in the forehead than be saved by the CHICK MC.

he got a good point about the ransom because after the gym membership nothing really strike the mc to do he got a car from Rusty if he needs it i don't see him buying anything with it so my guess using the 5k for Riona

Rio is my third favourite girl
So I would save her before I save Quinn
But I would try my hardest to save both because I think deep down Quinn is a sweet & caring girl

I already said I don't like Quinn, but I would save her in any scenario. Unless I have to choose between saving her and another girl.
