For practical reasons (too many scenes to do), I don't think we'll have a love triangle. If the MC decides to dump his girlfriend for Zoey, DPC has to do 4 break-up scenes (troupe, Bella, Jill, Sage), plus adapt the other scenes to the new situation.

Episode 9 was a December release, and this one was a December release. So, I think he is making us get used to getting the episodes in December. If it happens for episode 11, Then yearly releases are set in stone.

She is not exclusive to him nor he is to her, she don't care if MC fuck other girls and she also expects MC to not care if she does so, which don't mean she will go and fuck other guys, that's just the prerrogative to her whole 'rolling' stuff.
