I just hope it doesn't come to a back alley decision. What if Quinn doesn't ask the MC for help, but Zoey. Zoey also knows Riona through the parties. What if she sees Riona being pulled out of the van and calls the MC?

What if the MC has to choose between Riona and Zoey? What if there are even 3 options? Zoey, Riona, MC. The MC will survive because he tells his story. But who knows how he survives. Wheelchair (MC) or dead (Zoey, Riona).

Damned. Why do I always think of things like this?

A lot of things were not implemented well in EP10, but I think what you just described is the MC's side of getting closure and now he has gotten it. He told Zoey that he loved her back then and can close that chapter of his life, at least as far as any romantic interest is concerned, their friendship could act as a stabilizing influence if things get hairy.

If the MC's behaviour continues like this in EP11 and onward, then you should be anoyed, but for right now, it was still in line with what had to happen at some point.

Pfft, Josy did the same trick from the very beginning of the game: she dragged you into the forest, feed you with vodka, sat on your lap and started kissing you. Although, she chickened out to go further, this is just her character. At the last moment, she also chickened to pierce her tongue.
Anyway, you should have been on guard around her since the forest adventure, in case you didn't want her.

If messed up relationship with Maya didn't stop Josy, then why should a sorority president do?

I had the same impression. besides, the fact that she closes the relationship will increase the drama of the revelation (if she was someone with whom Mc is carrying on a relationship for many people it might also be good news)
