Sometimes you read here in the thread that DPC uses clichés. A woman, alone, in the middle of the night. Nothing will happen to her because she comes from a coffee party with her friends. Sarcasm.

The picture of Riona looking at her cell phone is something of a cliché and that shouldn't be a spoiler in your eyes. It doesn't matter if we know exactly what happens because we would have strongly suspected from the cliched scene that something bad would happen to Riona. It is written several times in the game to make Riona feel like she is being watched. Normal. Riona, alone, in the middle of the night. The perfect opportunity.

The spoiler is the cliché itself.

you don't know the guy, all you know is what he say, how trustworthy is that, well, that is up to you to decide. There are folks who eat every word he say as some kind of bible, and there are some of us, who are way more skeptical of him, based on his actions rather than his words .

I can see that the project he started developing is still alive, he is still working hard, giving out tons of content, and if you compare it with any other developer, then especially. Yes, it has been taking longer lately, but it would only be a problem if the amount of content was the same or less than before, but the amount of content is also growing.

Example 60-70% depends on how you feel about this %, if we are talking about completed scenes and other content, then the remaining 30-40% may be more complex and lengthy than the rest completed. This way he could spend the same amount of time rendering and completing fewer %

As long as he releases new episodes and provides content moving the game to finale, I'm fine, no matter what he tells. I am always positive, I find it better and more productive than taking everything or most with negative or pessimistic attitude.

in his latest development cycle during episode 10, he come out and said, that he is around 60-70% around in may, and then somehow he was able to drag out the remaining thing around 7 more mouth coming out with an exuse that now he makes 60 fps animations.

there is only one thing he is honest about, when he admitted, take everything he say with a grain of salt

If there are no improvements, then how the bigger number of renders, animations (60 fps = x2 now), etc fits in the same release times? I'm not even talking about other content like mini-games, whole branching thing and other minor parts.

Let's see how the last 2 episodes of Season 3 will go. If he will stick with 1 year release times then we could say that the hardware improvements used mostly to compensate his growing ambitions. If we will see faster release this time, then we could say that it also helped to shorten release time as well. Even 9-10 months release would be a good speed this time, since we reached the 6000 renders and 300+ (now with 60 fps) animations border.

Many thread members would consider such a preview. Through this cliché, thread members would also speculate that something bad could happen to Riona.

The thread members would do the reading and it doesn't matter whether there is advanced evidence or not. The thread members reading this assumption would have been sensitized (prepared) for a bad scene with Riona and thus DPC would not have achieved its goal of shocking the players. The gaming experience would have been diminished to a certain extent, which is called a spoiler.

It is possible that Josy commuted, as she only commuted to high school at the time. If the high school is right in the middle of the distance from where Iris and Pete live, then it would be possible. But that is not the point.

The crucial factor is that Josy is living with her father in her last year of high school. Maya said yes in EP5, so she visited Josy and met Monica and Tommy. Maya was with Josy who lives in her father's house and this house is near the MC and his father's house.

Not only Josy, but also Maya could have raved about the MC earlier. Maybe you saw him, maybe even the MC on his bike with Zoey in tow. Maybe only Josy or maybe only Maya saw him when she was waiting for the bus because she was going home after the bush at Josy's. Maybe he took the train and blurred out the picture of the MC that Zoey drew on the train. How has the picture on the train changed? The MC's picture has a beard. Somehow the MC manages to denigrate Steve's image with a beard.

The question is which came first, the chicken or the egg. The question is more about who had the beard first, Steve's picture or the MC's picture. Hahaha. Wait..., no, hahaha. Did I come across something there?

In EP9, Josy tells the MC not to be Steve (no beard). Steve was Maya's beard. This allowed Maya to visit Josy. Their lesbian relationship was still secret. Maya kept Steve away by using her religious father and making it clear to Steve that there is no sex before marriage and that's why she sleeps with her high school girlfriend, Josy. But Patrick wanted to get to know Steve and Steve probably said that Maya would always sleep with Josy because Patrick was religious. Patrick confronted Maya and Maya told the truth. Josy tells the MC not to be Steve because the MC called Josy Josephine. Too formal. The MC shouldn't be too formal with Patrick like Steve used to be. Before visiting her parents, Maya told the MC to do it himself, but Derek said, but also a completely different person.

You should stick to content of the game.
Theories are best proved by providing screenshots or part of the dialog copied from the script so that people can find and play those scenes by themselves.

I played Ep1-10 100% recently and I cannot remember a scene where "Steve was Maya's beard." ???

if it reveals something highly predictable, "normal" it is simply a preview, otherwise what would be the point of previews? to see how much PDC, from chapter to chapter, deforms the girls' facial expressions?

and with this we kind of get back to the origin of this whole story, namely that MR cake not posted any preview because according to him they are all spoilers, but unless in the past 2 month all he did was working exclusively on Rio content - something that I heavily doubt in - then he simply either lying or just to lazy to bother with it becasue he reached the point long time ago where he not even need promote the game anymore, or even give something to the audience to keep them engaged during the development time, because that would lead to the question " when is the next update ? " , and he doesn't like that at all.
