Would that be quite forced or not?

already the ruse of not knowing the last name of the person in front of you has been used, to go now to middle/full names would really be scraping the bottom of the barrel

we already know that Quinn is involved, if Burke had called Quinn there would have been no surprise, why pretend there is someone else involved and then go back to Quinn?
By "full name" I just meant her first + last name. I agree with you that dragging middle names into this would honestly be ridiculous.

So before we started Episode 8, ReallyNotTina tells me, “You gotta change my abbreviation. I’m not your girlfriend anymore. I got upgraded.” Yep, I gave her a ring on Valentine’s Day and she said yes before I even got on one knee, so I’m happier than a squirrel on acorn-flavored meth. But while I think still calling her my girlfriend is sweet, she believes otherwise.
GF. So, not GF.
Me. What’s wrong with GF? Now it stands for Ginger Fiancee.
GF. Hahaha! That’s good! But no. People are still gonna think it means girlfriend. Change it.
Me. Sexy Fiancee?
GF. Now you’re just sucking up. Oh! Use FW. For [switching to Tommy Wiseau impression] Future Wiiife. Because I am your future wiiife.
Me. Haha! Okay, future wife.
FW. No! You gotta say it like Tommy Wiseau says it.
Me. Future wiiife.
FW. Oh, now you gotta call me that instead of fiancee.
Me. “Hey everybody, ReallyNotTina is my future wiiife.” …It sounds like I’m having a stroke in mid-sentence.
FW. Yeah but they’ll get the reference.
Me. Maybe half of everybody will get the reference. The rest will think I’ve got a speech impediment.
FW. Not if I do it too.
Me. Bullshit; I know you. You’ll leave me hanging for fun. You’ll go, “Honey, are you okay? Are you having an aneurism? Should we get you to emergency?”
FW. I would never.
Me. Oh, bullshit times a thousand. I learned how your devious little mind works.
FW. And you’re marrying me anyway. Sucker.

FUCK YEAH, I’m marrying her. My life rocks. But you’re here for our playthrough, not my mushy love stuff, so here goes.

Episode 8 begins with a flashback to when Isabella worked at a whole different library, back when she was… what, in her mid-20s? When her husband James was still around.

About the game: that's why I don't turn off the mini-games, some of them are a pain in the ass, but alas, only some cannot be turned off. And without mini-games, you can fail some things.
And you actually missed Jill's guitar practice somewhere. The first one is in Ep.4, free-roam in the HOTs house if you stayed with Sage, the second one is at the very beginning of Ep.6, when you wake up in your room when everything is still destroyed, you definitely didn’t miss the third one, saw it in the text.

I don't really know why some people are so against the theory of Priscilla actually just being Quinn herself. It's not like "Quinn" is all that popular as a first name, usually it's used as a surname. It could very well be Quinn's full name, Burke is the only one who would call her by her official given name so far.
Quinn is both a male and a female first name. The name Quinn, which is quite rare in Germany, was derived from the Irish surname "Ó Cuinn" meaning "descendant of Cuinn". The name Quinn means something like strong will or “the wise one”.

Thanks. Helps that we were buddies for a long time before dating. It’s why our friends don’t say. “But you’ve only been dating for two months”; they say, “Oh get married already.” Fine. We will! That’ll shut them up.

My first run through the game, I turned the mini-games off and didn’t miss them. I realized pretty quickly how to use the back button to do better at fights; I had a high enough DIK score to keep Rusty from selling his car; I didn’t miss the practice times and was able to rescue Jill at the recital. Didn’t need the mini-games at all.

The only thing which took a while to figure out how to achieve, was getting Maya to fall for my MC. I assumed the main LIs all required me to be more of a CHICK, and all the secondary LIs preferred DIK. But no; being a CHICK is how to hook Isabella and Jill, but Maya prefers Neutral, and Josy and Sage don’t care.

You’re right; ReallyNotTina and I obviously missed a practice time somewhere, and if I go back through my recaps I can probably figure out which one it was. But she’s been talking about how our next run will definitely pursue Jill, so when we rescue her at the recital that time around, it’ll be all the more awesome.

If Quinn is "Priscilla", it's more likely that Priscilla is an Alias used only by Burke to contact her and not the other way around.
A search of the script files of Ep 1-10 for the name "Priscilla" has only a single occurence when Burke uses it. Maybe there are further clues hidden in images, eg document names, etc.

Since Burke calls "Priscilla" right after the talk with Maya, it is likely that the name is related to the scholarship system using the "Wallace Resources". The database file is named "QP - Wallace Resource Scholarship 2.qp*". "qp" may stand for "QPress QuickLZ Compressed Archive". Maybe dpc is playing with the player using QP = Quinn, Priscilla and qp in the same occurance.

the "fuck fuck fuck" is laziness.

DPC was so pleased and proud of having engineered Jade's trap for players interested in Sage that he thought everyone should be interested.

this would be the opposite, it would be wasted work. by the way: is anyone really anxious about who this Priscilla really is? if she were Quinn then flat calm, absolutely no news in any direction

Of course there is a difference and I have pointed this out in the past. But many don't give importance to what DPC shows us.

In the first run, this was my main gripe, I tried to go after M/J with DIK affinity and didn’t understand why they rejected me. The same thing happened with Jill. Then I didn’t know that every girl needs certain conditions.
And when played first time, it was 2019. Mini-games in porn-game, it looked original, then other developers didn’t have anything like that. But Brawler was terrible back then.

You don't have to do any work because I've read it. That's why I take it hard so that Cathy and Stephen had sex.
I believe they had. Maybe it was a drunk fuck (according to Jade) and it happened only once, but maybe not, because if man spells other woman name fucking his own wife even being drunk, it usually means that he have a feelings or a crush or a deep affair with her, whatever. He wouldn't slip it if it was a one time thing.

I was almost proud of you before you messed it up again. You're absolutely right about that one and I wrote that a long time ago so we don't know when Jade and Stephen's intro takes place. You start to understand so everything is an MC narrative. The MC tells us his story, from the beginning. The only thing we don't know is when and to whom the MC tells his story about BaDIK. But you're disappointing me because you think you know how to make a deal for Quinn and Stephen. There is no evidence of this. Nowhere.
MC telling us HIS own part of the story. He is not telling us what's happened with another characters before or in part he haven't interfered with, especially in the past or the parts where he haven't participated. We see it from flashbacks or such scenes as Stephen and Jade is shown to us so we can understand what's happened here and there and what's going on. Don't mix the MC narrative and the plot itself. Damn, when I write something like this and explain such obvious things, I feel like I'm talking to a toddler.

I'm not writing here for the sake of gaining recognition. I'm not writing theories on every odd pixel in the render and I usually track and trace my own theories and assumptions over the time. My approach is more pragmatic and even I sometimes exaggerate the importance of some things too much or make mistakes.

I'm trying to find inconsistencies, what the characters are hiding or where and when they lie in order to understand what and why doesn't add up and where the red herring or the straight facts.

While your approach is to questioning almost EVERYTHING, considering a lot of things and random stuff as foreshadowing as if we're playing not a porn visual novel but a fucking thriller where almost every character lying to MC, using him, framing him, not telling and share something intentionally and holding a huge, no, GIGANTIC skeletons in their closets and want to kill our MC at the end.

You often refer to DPC words, Q/A sessions, etc. Well, DPC said that BADIK won't turn that dark the AL was. Trust him or not, deal with it. Your theories beaten the AL 10 times already and you're not stopping.

Maybe I don't understand something or exactly you, but tell me what's the sense? When I come up with some of my own theory or noticing something interesting or unusual during gameplay or digging the game script I'm trying to check facts and then, when I'm getting more or less sure that it's not a bullshit and have at least light grounds - I share it. And I also save the "txt" of what I have written to test myself later and to save my "thoughts" untouched. Because I value my time, I don't want to write into the void so that I have to dig all over the forum posts trying to find what I wrote a few months or years ago.

Do you have a list of your theories and assumptions that you made since you started to play and got into it? I mean, you'd have to have something like that, otherwise all this writing of walls of text you do for years already is just wasted.

You can believe in anything or vice versa and write your own / parallel story instead of a DPC. Do you perceive movies, books and other games in the similar way and approach? Like 99.9% of shown/written is a lie, everyone is telling lies and you can't believe anything, no matter who and how they say it and show it? So, you always end up watching or reading with a completely alternative plot in your mind to what was really meant, shown, or written or what? Because what you're saying and fantasizing about BADIK looks exactly like that. All your theories and versions are basically based on complete distrust of everything that are shown or given us to read in dialogues or scenes. Or on the distortion of facts or on the incredible exaggeration of absolutely any little thing.

Quinn lies to Mona at the beginning of EP6 because she wants Mona to believe her so she will work with Stephen Burke. Why? So Mona will shut up. What would happen if Mona spilled the beans and Quinn knew Mona couldn't keep her mouth shut? Sage would happen, Stephen Burke would happen, Jade would happen, and an investigation would happen. Quinn's activities would be exposed. So Quinn lies to Mona. You can read the facts that Quinn is lying. Stephen does not allow prostitution on his campus. Mona came onto Stephen Burke's radar. Mona doesn't want to fuck old guys. So how did Mona get on Stephen Burke's radar? Definitely not because Mona asked an old guy for sex because she doesn't want old guys. The logical conclusion is that Mona asked a young prep at the EP5 party and Stephen Burke found out. This is how Mona came onto Stephen Burke's radar. You should also judge the gestures and facial expressions of the characters present in EP6. DPC points out things like this in its Q&As.
:ROFLMAO: your CPU is burned, replace it asap. You perceive things absolutely inverted. 0=1, 1=0. Black showed, you say it's white and vice versa. It's your right, live with it and don't forget to eat back your words later.

I even don't want to argue about the things you mentioned, because your approach and obsession with interpreting things from upside down makes this senseless. In the end, watching your delusions and delirium gradually die off is much more pleasant, while game plot comes to the finale with each new episode. :HideThePain:

Get rid of it so that Stephen Burke canonically runs a prostitution ring. Of course he awards scholarships, it is also his job. If it's up to you, Chad also got his scholarship because he let Stephen Burke fuck him. Sarcasm. You accuse me of turning everything into a thriller, but you turn everything into a Roman and Greek-style sex feast.

The difference between you and me is so I can do it, as I proved above. I had to refute it again.

And again you're going overboard to discredit. What's up with you? No more arguments? That doesn't show a positive image of you.
Of course he is not. In some parallel dalli_x game universe. He himself is not running anything, he is approving the prostitution ring that Quinn runs, covers such activity and using the benefits in exchange - fucking the freshwomen that are into the restaurant as a part of "initiation", the part which Mona failed.

Exactly. It's a greek style sex feast mostly. Spoiled and diluted with a bit of teen drama, humor, troubles of growing up and familiar obstacles and mixed with some criminal and corruption stuff you may face IRL. As well as making MC to think of and forcing to serious relationship early. Remove the drama and other things I mentioned and relationship branching and you will get a typical college time fuck 'em all harem game. Look at AL, that wasn't a sex feast, while lewd scenes are still there. Setting is different, overall mood is different.

You're wasting your time believing everything you read without questioning it. DPC has proven more than once that he can lay false trails in the game. That alone should stop them thinking.
You're wasting your time questioning 99.9% of what you see and read :KEK:

If there are as many lies in the game as you assume, then no reasonable number of episodes will be enough to unravel these lies and all the inconsistencies. At best, 1% of what is shown and said is someone's lies or distortion of facts. And something is just hidden and not shown at all. Good luck with your approach. Write another 1000 theories. Maybe you'll even guess something right a couple of times and will have a reason to celebrate it. Excellent productivity (no).

1 time is a coincidence, 2 times can also be a coincidence, but 3 or more times is intentional. Are you jealous?
I'm jealous about what? I don't want to track your theories on my own since you don't coherently publish them or posting a links on what you published before. And according to number of your posts I don't want to search through all of them or read them all just to find something you may be right about in the past. It's your work to proof, show, share and brag. Point out your posts with theories where you was right or don't blame me in anything. But all you do is flaming a wall texts with new (or old? ones) again and again. It's your work to make it look clear and coherently. Nobody will make it for you.

No, don't stay. For the sole reason that Jade and JM already exclude each other in EP4. Moment. JM and Quinn also rule each other out before EP8. The player makes decisions that affect the paths well before EP8. Ergo, not everything can be canon. Prostitution itself could be canon, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's canon for all characters. The best example of this is drugs. The drugs are canonical, the MC decides for themselves whether they want to take drugs or not. That makes it non-canon for the MC, even though the drug story is canon. But not all DIKs or HOTs take drugs.
Because branching can't be infinite. It mush be stopped on or with a particular choices. And it's good that it played mostly naturally with characters personalities, personal conflicts and/or attitudes. But sometimes it played bad or not decent at all and you can notice it as a player.

The same applies to prostitution. Is Riona a prostitute or not? Definitely on the restaurant path, even if she's not happy with it. But if the MC rejects Quinn's offer, we don't even see Riona prostituting herself. So ask yourself if Riona is a prostitute then, even though there is no solid evidence of this. There is evidence for Riona to sell drugs no matter what you decide. So what is canon with Riona and what is not? I wouldn't worry about something like that if Riona was canonically seen prostituting herself. But you don't see it canonically.
:ROFLMAO: Of course she is not, it's MC who forces her to start it. Very plausible. What about Camila? She is not doing it too, if MC rejects the Quinn's offer? Sarah & Mel? Why you are so obsessed with Riona? Why you avoiding any other facts that kills you theory and assumption on the start and instantly? Because you can't accept the fact that your Riona, MC & restaurant "butterfly effect" theory is a bullshit.

Riona questioned things she did in the whole previous year. She is not happy because she is starting to question if she doing right things or there is another solution and way out. She realized that she wasn't as stupid as Quinn was trying to convince her. That without prostitution and drug sales, she won't be able to graduate from college and she needs this "free tuition." After all, it involves not only payment, but also the opportunity to pass the classes and midterms. What about this fact? Is it also not "canonical"? After all, then it turns out that Burke allows her to skip and pass the classes for the fact that she only deals with drugs, because an MC who does not use a restaurant, according to your own theory, "saves" Riona from prostitution. Well congratulations, following your theory, Burke is also involved in the drug trade.

That's what exactly she says to Quinn in their conversation after Quinn was muggled. She is also not happy at all after serving the customer at gloryhole and going off from the bathroom in EP1. The only difference is that you can get the additional scenes by agreeing to use the Quinn restaurant. But you're not changing the Riona's fate about prostitution prospects.

You won't make me play all the paths and branches because there may be things in future EPs that I don't want to see.
:KEK:

You didn't have to clarify about the Halloween photos, I already wrote that in the first sentence and I only wrote it because you hadn't written it before. After that I just described one way Patrick could be tricked and/or... (I can't, or shouldn't, write any further.). You're thinking now so I can just make myself important and/or not have an argument. The joke is, I have arguments and hints in play. If there were only one or two clues in the game, I wouldn't even pay attention to them. But there are so many hints of a big bomb that can be read in all EPs that it only allows one conclusion and I don't want to spoil that for the player and DPC by giving it a spoiler.
What's wrong with you? Make up your mind already - you either publish theories, or use these excuses instead.

"I have one theory, but I won't share anything"
"I wrote and deleted it because I don't want to spoiler".
...
If there is something you to have to say - write and share it, or stay silent, but do not try to arouse crowd interest in a such ways - "*psst* I know something, but I will not tell you anything, convince me to share!". Pfff... well, who's a liar and a braggart here?

Does it have to be a fake friend? What if it's a good friend? Damn, I'd love to torpedo you with pointers and arguments, but I shouldn't and I won't. There are so many clues that you can't see but are there. You didn't see the clues in AL before, even though you said they were there. It's the same with BaDIK, you don't see the clues. You believe everything without questioning anything. I do not understand that. You have had the experience with AL and are ignoring your own experience.

You do not understand it, do you? The point is so that Josy even knows about the "Beard" agreement. Josy can only have this knowledge if she has dealt with it first. Chad and Troy don't play a role because they were just the trigger for Josy to explain it to the MC. How do you think Josy knew about the Beard arrangements? I'm thinking about something like that. By reading it, because someone explained it to her and through your own experiences. But experience isn't your thing, as we once read about you.
Yeah, yeah, enlighten me, sensei. You mentioning AL again, but you never ever played it. So you barely understand what you're talking about. It's the same with BADIK, since you play only one branch and never did side paths and the rest of the branches. And you still insist that you know and understand everything better than most here. What a nonsense.

I strongly suggest you to play AL to get a clue of what to expect from BADIK, not in a plot sense, but in general - in writing, in approach and so your loved "signs", "foreshadowing" and the rest. Take in account that AL was dark and you will get a healthy clues and hints where you should stop in BADIK with most of your assumptions and expectations. At the moment you overthink and exxagerrated everything in BADIK while there are absolutely no grounds for it.

Even DPC said that from now on the game will answer questions accumulated so far, rather than bringing to us a new ones, since we are moving to finale. And even this is not stopping you from generating a hell tons of theories. And you know what? The good theory and plausible assumptions are usually fits in a couple of sentences. They are mostly simple and brilliant because it's usually a thing that was very simple but never noticed or was hidden through a very good red herring. However... most of your theories is a walls of text, and even if you will try to simplify them and fit into a couple of sentences you wouldn't be able to. And you clearly know that none of this wall text theories will work out, was implied or somehow planned by DPC.

Try to make a reverse engineering and imagine DPC of revealing and unfolding any of your huge theories. How much time it will take to enlighten the player, how much renders, etc. Multiply this calculations x10-20 times according to your theories numbers and you will realise that it's impossible and will never happen.

Did you spend the night with Nicole and Lily in Ep9 ? The discussion with Nicole in the next morning is the only way to unlock the date.

Turn down the VIP pass AND the DIKs as a group have to like you enough (>5 RP DIKs score). This is not the same as your DIK score (as in DIK or CHICK).
