The way that I achieved it was by accepting Quinn's offer and ordering all "food" items on the menu in the first episode. Maybe you don't need them all, but in one playthrough I just ordered some Japanese (I'm a sucker for some sushi
) and I didn't unlock the option.

Yeah, but I imagine it wouldn't work like that. We could fuck Quinn, Riona, Camila, Sarah, Melanie, Mona, etc, but it wouldn't be for money, just for pleasure and for practice purposes (maybe even some tutorials).
