I think I got it figured out. Mr. Burke lives in a hotel. The MC's grandpa owns hotels. The MC's mom was a Burke. It all fits. Jade is married in, so no blood relation. Sage is adopted. So no blood relation. It all makes sense now.

The guy that people think is MC's grandpa is at the preps party talking to who you could assume might be Rusty's father since he also had dark red hair. Reason why people think that that's the MC's grandpa is because he has the same suit as MC's grandpa does in the flashback image shown when Neil is telling the MC the story of him and Lynette in the beginning of the game. You can also see part of his face in that same scene.

Where did you get the Mr Burke lives in a hotel part? Also, Mr Burke? Do you mean Stephen?

All in all it sounds like a pretty solid theory.

Have you not gotten to the end of Season 2 and been on both Jade and Sage's paths? You fuck Jade in their home.then, you go to that home and mention that it is a hotel. And you realize youve been there before.

Currently planning for throuple path next. Because I love Maya.
Absolutely not. With the Season 1+2 install I am, including some spacing between different playthroughs, on save page 42. And with Season 3 I'm on page 83, since I've got to leave space for future updates. :KEK:
And I haven't even really played Jill or J&M paths yet. :KEK:

Promising speculation, but there is an elementary detail you've over looked, my dear Talmadge. Excuse me a moment as I put on my deerstalker and light my pipe.

Now then, MC's grandparents sold their home to the Royces for financial reasons, yet Stephen Burke is a very wealthy man. This does not quite fit.

However, it is reasonable to assume that the families knew each other through their manoeuvrings in the financial circles.

So, the idea you have inspired for me is that young Stephen Burke wanted to marry Lynette, but got cucked by Neil Miller. The marriage of Stephen and Jade is falling apart because Stephen settled for something he could get and never actually cared if it worked or not.

Now history is repeating itself as a Burke wanting to marry a girl who grew up in that house is again cucked by a Miller.

And Tybalt actually is a Burke by blood. It's just that Stephen is the only one who knows this. Tybalt's biological mother threatened to ruin Stephen's reputation, but he paid her off and took the boy in. Stephen feels like he is raising someone else's children because he is a sociopath.

And there is your cue to say: "Brilliant, Roger!"

But she doesn't show. Only Josy is honest enough to show her baggage to the world.

But if people don't like baggage, the best one is Derek. Only a pair of pants and sneakers.
That's one way to look at it.

Me, I think Josy is a shameless hussy who doesn't have the decency to cover up her baggage.

You are right about Derek, though.

You're theory, though a good one, has one slight flaws. Tybalt doesn't want Sage. He wants Jill. Who is a Royce. She didn't live in the same hotel as Stephen. So, I think mine holds a little more water.

I meant that Jill grew up in the same house Lynette did.

I thought of you probably meant that after I said it. But I still think that Stephen is her little brother. Too many coincidences. To me, it looks like the MC has the same nose as Stephen. And a few other characteristics.

I have a feeling the last page of her diary will read something along the line of
"I am running away and marrying the love of my life. I will no longer be Lynette Burke, but Lynette Miller."

I'm pretty sure Stephen is older than Lynette would be, though that is hardly the important point. They are very close in age. In fact they might be twins. History is repeating itself! Again! Stephen is Neil's Derek. It means that Maya is the MC's true destiny.

Maybe. But in the playthrough I did on Steam, I chose Sage (only choice I had to make, as she was the only LI to chose from. LoL) This time, I'm working on a Jill LI. Then, maybe Jojo or Maya.
