"Desperate people are blind".Then that would be Tuition for prostitution. The ridiculous thing is that any adult human would believe that they are going to get free college just for joining a sorority, without a catch. She's even warned by MC in the most laughably vague way possible, but that's an entirely different absurdity in the game.
Yes, but you know how girls don't like being rejected. Even if there a reason. Especially when she prepared a picnic, but MC told her “it won’t work, let’s reschedule it for another day.” It’s possible to understand the situation, but an unpleasant aftertaste remains: she likes a guy who didn’t make her a priority. It would come off as rather selfish to tell him that, especially when MC does in fact tell Jill that the reason he can't go is that he's taking care of a sick friend. "I wanted to do something nice for you, but you're busy nursing your sick (girl)friend, so forget it."
Since the picnic is where MC tells Jill that he's falling for her, it'd be more appropriate for that to be the missing ingredient in making the Jill path work instead of not going on the picnic at all. Like maybe if MC were to meet up with Jill after helping Sage at say, a bowling alley to have fun, they'd still have a nice time together. But it would not be conducive to the circumstances of saying he's falling for her, even if she still told him about Tybalt's scheme. The romantic atmosphere just isn't there.
Burke was extremely surprised by the new recruiter for Quinn's restaurant. "But what can I do, this girl is fucked in the head, and I have to do business with her. A job is a job. If this guy want a free tuition, he should to surprise me"[Unzip sound]."Don't worry Maya, I'll pay for your tuition!"

I'm not saying your opinion is wrong or anything I'm just disagreeing on certain points. Do I think that the over arching plot of the game is gonna win some sort of award? god no. Do I think that the characterization of the LIs is done well? Yes, actualy i do, I think the characterization is done reasonably well.Real in an absurdly unreal situation? No, I don't buy it.
Of course you have a right to your own likes and dislikes, but candidly the writing in this game sucks. While DPC has shown occasional good dialogue, and even good characterization, it's far from consistent. The plotting of the story is horrendously bad, even basic research is ignored completely. There are some well written games out there, but this isn't one of them.
I can't remember the story specifics that I'm sure will prove this not to be the case, but I like to think it could be a case of late applications. Here in the UK, there would be "Clearance" (at least, there was back in the day when I was 18, not sure about now) where you can apply late to a university if it still had spaces available. This would usually be as a panicked last resort after being rejected from your given choices, but it could also be for other reasons (I think). But there is a plot point regarding character intelligence that does bother me. Josy and Lily both show themselves to be smart, so why were they put on the waiting list? Lily especially is doing well in class. Josy could be a case of being smart socially and not academically, but Lily definitely isn't. I can think of plausible reasons for it, but I'd really like an official explanation.
Lily might have some issues with working scholarship and could have been put on waiting list for that issue, it is my head cannon until more clarification from DPC.Personally I don't like to accuse characters of stupidity when so many details of the situation are unknown to me. Mostly I consider them young rather than stupid.

Like I said, I can think of plausible reasons for this. It's simply a point I want an explanation on. At this point we have Tommy's explanation that "reject" girls have low inhibitions, but if that is actual causation rather than simply correlation, then B&R is a really weird college. Which it of course is anyway, but I'd like the explanation for most of the plot to be better than "because porn"Lily might have some issues with working scholarship and could have been put on waiting list for that issue, it is my head cannon until more clarification from DPC.
It’s understandable that MC is a hobo who lived in a trash can and can’t afford normal clothes, but these T-shirts are really ridiculousOh... I agree... I was thinking about girl's clothes but, overall, you're right. On the other hand, in this case, Mr. DPC has the excuse the male characters are underprivileged in Daz Store and other asset stores. There are better choices though. I wouldn't wear it and I wouldn't dress a character like that unless I wanted to make him look ridiculous.
Yes, I exactly meant screenshots; we have a separate thread for fan art. I just thought that many SGs understand fashion better than MGs. In the early episodes they simply dressed "less is better", following the principles of porn novels, but there is a noticeable improvement in quality in the newer episodes:Like FanArt? I'm game but I think it'll have to be on the other thread otherwise they'll nuke us from here (at least, that's what happens to me when the mod interprets something I post as "fan art" even if the purpose was a meme). But it would be interesting to see here the best and the worst outfits from the game (in screenshots) in the opinion of people here. That won't be nuked (I guess...). I'll try to do a rerun when I have time to make my choices.
My head canon explanation for the "less is better" is that they are dressing for hot summer temperatures and it's just colder in October/November when newer episodes take place.Yes, I exactly meant screenshots; we have a separate thread for fan art. i would not say terrible the early Rio. she was typical bad girl and hot. now she is cute and hot. dpc made very good update on herIt’s understandable that MC is a hobo who lived in a trash can and can’t afford normal clothes, but these T-shirts are really ridiculous

- Riona is more of an accurate goth girl look instead of wearing a tiny top.

If we look at Lily outside of Pink Rose or her Halloween costume, she also dresses stylishly:

Quinn, when not dressing like a hoe, her outfit shows off her tough, streetwise personality. Raised by the hood, so to speak.
Zoey is a tomboy and punk rebel and her outfits are usually on style. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

It feels like all the good outfits in the BaDIK universe were bought by Side Girls. The exception is probably Jill, who always looks elegant in her classic outfits (They wrote this about Josy, but it is more applicable to Jill):
