The short answer is no, the long one is in the post.
But for the lazy, here is the short version.
Considering how little time is left on this year (yes, less than 4 months is little for how much work is left) and that DPC still needs to POSE (not render) around 70 animations, there is no chance in hell the update comes out this year.
Sure, I would love to be wrong, but I doubt the update is coming before February.
January is already out honestly, the 60fps animations are killing DPC's averages. Plus all thos statics getting on the way.

EP10 featuring 3 scenes with her was the height of BS, specially in a episode already weak lewd wise compared to 8 & 9.
Sure, they were very short scenes, but still I would trade them all for a single scene with anyone else, specially since Jill/Bella only had one scene each in 10.

Maybe. He has made almost as many static renders as he had in Episode 10 already. But then again, he has only finished Jill's content of the main girls, so you could be right.

There have been some women players who have pointed that out. But the game is written very male-point-of-view and it would take a lot of work changing that. And the fact that many hated Interlude, I doubt he will ever experiment with that again.
Some have suggested gay content since many women enjoy that but he has made it clear that he has zero interest in that. It's understandable, I don't think it would be very fun for many straight men to make gay hardcore sex scenes for a game.

At some point Bianca will find out that Matt is cheating on non Jill paths and that will open up the opportunity to sleep with her on the Others path.

I agree. The game has hinted about there being some sexual history between Jill and Bella but it always felt wrong to me since they have more of a sisterly relationship. Jill and Bianca would be more interesting.

What s point of adding "Interlude" episode when Zoey came to MC,shared emotional upbeat, instead making Interlude as aditional episode (creatively done with 2D picture narration from Zoey's while met MC and that could have been helped Prof.PC to progress in S3 and probably, he would have been done with one more episode of S3!

Actually, he wouldn't. He made Interlude while working on porting the game to the new system. He couldn't make any new episodes until that was done so fans would have had to wait regardless, the only difference would have been that they would have nothing at all.
It was also a way for him to test the new system, and try some new things and experiment.

Just another developer milking the cash cow. Went from three-four updates in a year all the way to one. Doubt you'll even see this one this year. They aren't much better than his original updates or longer so that tells me exactly whats going on. Dudes using all the money to vacation instead well giving supporters scraps. Much better games out there and developers to support who won't leave you feeling ripped off.
