It probably did. She's not even trying to do a different voice than she did with Jill, so DPC probably told her specifically to do the same exact voice again but for Bella's lines.

Yeah it's ultimately his fault. I listened to all the other Bella lines, they were the same shit. Like a bored, uninterested tone with a hint of hostility. Which actually wouldn't be too far away from how Episode 1 Bella would probably speak, but it's executed so poorly.

Actually, when medium to large size boobs are identical it's typically a sign that they're fake.
I haven't noticed it as much on smaller cup sizes. But real tits are, more often than not, uneven in some way or other.
