First of all, dont use mods... iam too tired to explain why, just dont.
Second, play the interlude once, after that you can skip it with every new playthrough, the game will ask you for that after importing a episode 8 savegame. Though you should play it twice at least to see the different outcomes for yourself i guess. Basically there is a chick and a dik route with the final decision being the one that will determine Zoes behavior in the future.

I don't know, VaderExMachina told me that Scrappy provided a save fixer too, when he discovered that DPC put some checks to target his mod.
I looked in the main post of Scrappy mod but I wasn't able to find the save fixer.
Maybe it is somewhere in the following comments, or maybe it's not available anymore.

Just for the sake of understanding. Not all scenes will be full scenes, some of them will be short, for example Josy's blowjob scene in ep9 lasted 5-10 seconds but was considered a full scene. Or the scene with Camilla on the dance floor.
Here's my five cents:
