I agree with you, he is a nice decent guy at heart. The only main non-DIK choice Maya/Josy path happens at the end of episode 4, the beginning of the throuple. I believe the rest of the game you get more RP points from them being a DIK/neutral, for example you get +Josy RP at the start of the game with the nasty joke and drawing dicks
About he rest of the MG if I'm not wrong, the only DIK hater is Jill, because you can get Sage and Bella regardless of your affinity (I agree Sage tends to be a DIK girl and Bella a CHICK girl)

Tommy's addiction to the phantom drugs they use at BR is something that has popped up often, only to disappear under the rug in the next chapter. I'm not sure it will have a future, though; it may even just be the way to justify his momentary partnership with Vinnie
