The status update is one day earlier this week, as a special announcement is tomorrow.

I've worked on art this week and completed five scenes of varied length. And I'm currently posing animations for the last lewd scene of episode 11.

Everything is going well. The animation queue count is 62, and a couple of hundred static renders are rendering now, too.

At this moment, I'm up to a total of 6630 static renders for episode 11. We'll see how much higher it gets with the remaining scenes. My gut feeling says it will end up around 7000—it could be lower or higher, but it should be in the vicinity. I'll have a tentative animation count for the episode soon after finishing the lewd scene.

Art is the primary focus now, so there's not a lot more for me to communicate in this week's update.

I've also spent some time with preparations for tomorrow.

An announcement that 99% will NOT be the release date, since last Friday's status update made it clear that he wasn’t able to provide an estimate yet, and today’s status update confirms that he still isn’t able to make a reasonable estimate.

[EDIT: At most, he can provide a rough estimate. As rough as Q1 2025, as we all have already figured out... so, no biggie. ]

He will probably announce a collaboration with a new rock band (or something only he is excited about).

i see this status update is an ad and reminder for the annoucement, but still nice thing from he didnt skipped it.

Nope, because with no mini games you can't save Rusty's car unless you decline the VIP pass, and God knows in which other ways DPC is punishing the infidels who turn his marvellous minigames off.

Besides, to turn off mini games without cheating you have to start FROM SCRATCH, while most of the times I want to start from a fork point.

I think at this point it is almost a safe bet, that the special announcement, will be that Season 3 will have 3 episode total, and it will come to Steam gog , etc soon after it released on the Patreon, somwhere early 2025. during Spring Break

What other surprise could there be if the release date of episode 11 is not announced? Who could be excited about a rock band, DIK jackets, etc.?

Based on what he wrote on the status update, there is no way, he himself can know the release date yet;)
