The last scene we see with her, before the "walking away" scene is when she doesn't support Maya's claim that Quinn promised them free tuition, I always assumed the guilt over that was the last straw that made her break and leave. It seems like she went to her room and packed just after Maya left, considering how her leaving is shown.

by refusing to sleep with Burke, she obviously becomes aware of his infidelity
by refusing to sleep with Burke she damaged the reputation of the restaurant
she obviously found out about the drug deals

Now, it's still up for debate whether Burke actually knows just how shady Quinn is. But ultimately, I think Mona was a girl who knew too much, and to save himself, Burke cut her funding, forcing her to go.

to tell the truth we don't know his precise role in all this. clearly he is not just a customer, but is he Quinn's boss or are they both in the service of someone else? Burke runs these ‘fake’ grants that evidently represent the reality hidden behind the rumor of free tuition, it is a very high risk.

And man, this scene, once again, has reminded me why Bella was my very first pick...

The 60FPS scenes were actually sort of jarring at first, because I was totally used to the robotic 30FPS shit But I do like how jiggly the girls are now

Because idiots who get errors and bugs from MODS go to the developer of GAME to complain, which burdens the developement especially on such a giant scale like this, so now I completely understand why there are steps to prevent mods from working. Good mods will still find a way around any blocks just gotta be patient.

I'm sure he could fire a quick message to scrappy to just add in a redirect message with the mod in case of a rollback error saying "Your game crashed but you have a mod installed, don't contact DPC saying it's an issue, this is a you problem for playing with a mod. Would make the time wasted by DPC trying to block scrappy and scrappy wasting time having to find a way around it each update go away, and sorts their issue about false reporting.

Well we still have to have the resolution of the scene of Quinn storming out of his office - Its my opinion that at that point in the game, the net is slowly closing around him and it was him shutting the restaurant, cutting all ties etc etc (can't see quinn doing it with the shit shes in but...) So based on that speculation Id say he thinks he has some power over quinn and its not technically a 50/50 power dynamic. but who knows there's still mysteries to be solved gang

Yeah and when you think about it and say logical shit like this it always makes me think there's more to him wanting people to play modless than this I was bugfixing a problem caused by mods crap - his perfectionist attitude definitely comes into it somewhere

Possible scenario due to the nature of the revealed informations.

Yeah and the impression I got was that's why she had to go.

But if was never confirmed. I think we wont see Mona anymore. Sadly. She was interesting. But there is more behind it. We would not see this kind of hinted reason for here being gone, if there's no twist behind it. Burke also doesn't care much about his students or he would have helped Maya later. The guy starts things with students, flirts with Bella in front of his pissed wife and still continues to do bad stuff. I assure you. We gonna see more of Burke and maybe related things so Mona will return. Hopefully.
