Most of them don't hate his guts. They criticize and applaud him accordingly. Sometimes he gets unfounded criticism by the users here. All the bootlicking isn't much better either. Mostly the same with me. I buy the episodes when they get released on Steam or GOG but I usually don't subscribe to his Patreon (I did a month on the lowest now because I was in some discussions and it was the easiest way to read all the update info).
