Jokes aside: it is difficult to predict. Because DPC can again rewrite her personality in some direction. Maybe Jill under the MC's influence will become more like her sister, or maybe she will again become a socially awkward princess from the tower ver. Season 2.
Anyway, Jill cheating path is reserved for Bianca

I did all that. Seems like there's a bug in that moment, I had to reload a slightly earlier save and do it all over again but this time checking Heathers room before talking to her period.

Apparently the option to talk to Heather remains greyed out if you interact with her first, then see the jock passed out on her bed then try talking to her again.
