It's simply that, if Quinn has fucked up this year with two already, how many others has she not told him about. Not true. Mona was already at the br and afterwards she finds out about the free tution, so a way to pay she already had. Then of course she was tempted by the money, but she was not there for that. Having fun with the hots would have been enough for her.
