Not under the current memberships. Tommy and Dawe (for starters) could not play nice. Something would happen. Under different groups sure, Tremolo, JB & Jacob successfully attended the HOTs party without any (major) dramas.
In regards to this, it's entirely possible. There's a lot of bad blood there, but depending on your actions Chad does seem to start warming up to MC so he could be the key to getting them together.
It will be at the party for aeriths child's father reveal, when umpteen jocks and DIKs have all gathered in the hopes they hear "you are not the father"

If not on friendly terms then at least as guests at a party so big that there's little interaction between the two groups. Anyone think something like that might be possible in the future?

Successful in no brawls or damage. If all the DIKs and Jocks were at same party, there would be damage. Tommy is a powderkeg and would take only a tiny spark to set him off and no one can control him or get him to behave. Quinn and Sarah (in particular) like to shit stir, there is no way they aren't going to throw some matches to see the explosion. And I don't want them, but MC is a king of the campus in the making. Being able to make in-roads with the other frats (preps/nerds) is impressive, considering how the DIKs actively hate them. And like you said, the current members are very unlikely, but that will change with time.
