Trying to figure out if i download Season 3 Interlude + Episode 10. Will I also need that patch that says EP 9 to EP10 & v0.10.0 to v0.10.1

I don't think you understand my question or predicament I only wish to know if I have V0.10.0 do I need the patch? Cause the patch apparently changes it from V0.10.0 to V0.10.1 see what I'm saying a zero replaces a one I want to know what the changes were and do I need them

Check the changelog, which lists everything the patch fixes. If you think you need it, then there you go.
Well I just assumed if it changes the version of the game it would also be necessary and am curious as to why the full complete Season 3 Interlude + episode 10 say V0.10.0 then this "patch" adds an extra 1 to it making it V0.10.1 as if it's adding something not trying to fight or argue just want to understand if this adding something to the season 3 interlude episode download or not

Well, that's not an entirely accurate assumption. You can like something after doing it only once. It's possible she could say that after losing her virginity, during which she tried reverse cowgirl, and never had sex again since. (I do not for a moment believe this, I'm just making the point.)
I can't remember how things go during the anal scene - I don't recall it seeming like she was an anal virgin there, but don't have the direct memory to back that up. That might have been a better example to use.

Idk why the main links for Season 3 don't already include it, but the 0.10.1 patch is simply a bug fix. I'm sure you can play the game without worry of it completely breaking everything. If you want peace of mind, download the patch and think no more of it.
Once Episode 11 drops, it will already include the changes from 0.10.1, but also undoubtedly come with its own bugs (and subsequent patch).
