I mean you don't miss out too much from sage aside from the threesome with Quinn (You have to be a DIK for that). Anything else, you can basically get it by either being DIK, neutral or Chick (Chick has no game ngl).
There's no mention of being a Dik in the code for it, you just have to not be on anyone but Sage's path, but I cant remember trying it so im not sure. You have to be a DIK to get her lewd in other scenes, but I think she says something like "Because I'd fuck the shit out of both of you, and I don't even like this guy."

But doing the threesome, you have to be on her path and you must have had sex with quinn on episode 6 also be on a dik path. After that, you can be any other affinity and you would still get all her scenes.
This is why in my main Lily save i stopped to responding her in Swyper lol. Had to redo an entire save to avoid this exact scene.
I don't think so. Nicole loves Tremolo and she loves Lily. She recognizes the age difference and if she sees them happy together, I'm sure she'll be happy for them. Sad, but not enough to wreck a friendship over.
I've still had to split my saves for them, I can't Date Nicole and "roll" with Lily at the same time. DPC has proven you can't eat your cake and fuck it at the same time.
