LATE !? i tought she was the girl that "main/true" story was foucs around.. o.0I know Jill was a late addition to the game when DPC was developing the story, but I wish there was more exclusive solo stuff in the first season. After going through all the other MGs, there was very little new dialogue to stop me speeding through everything, until helping calm her nerves in the auditorium, and of course the picnic, but that's all the way in Episode 6. Ah well.

No, she was added late in the development. Thats partly why she is a from the shop daz model with no modifications.
Maybe she existed as some sort of side character, for plot reasons, but as a main girl she was the last to show up.
