Can confirm. Episode 11 was not released at midnight UTC. Don't have a clue where in the world DPC lives, but I'm guessing it'll be midnight local time for him.
DPC is a purist. Just he making the drug deal a big deal when most people only smokes weed. lol In college I had so many friends who used to smoke weed, etc. People didn't really care. Security, teachers, etc, no one would care. And weed isn't legalized in my country yet. Now imagine all this drama over a few drugs being made in a game with a lot of american features in it.

Hey guys, with the new episode on the horizon, I'd like to remind those that are in need of saves due to broken PC's, deleting previous save file, don't want to deal with crashes/loops/progress halting you get with mods in the new build.
