I think Jill is the most hypocritical character in the game. The typical spoiled millionaire girl who likes to leave everyone with blue balls and use them for her vagaries. Her latest, playing with the MC to discover "new sensations".
Honestly at a loss to understand how you could get that sense of Jill. Is she a bit spoiled? Yes, but she doesn't seem to be comfortable with it as we see in that scene when the MC's in bed with her where she says that her lifestyle "isn't happiness" and that she'd be "perfectly fine" without all her expensive possessions.
She seems like she's lived a sheltered, protected life and hasn't had much chance to get out and do things just for her, like her life has been planned out which is a common theme for people who come from rich, millionaire families. So if she is "blue balling", it's not in some deliberately manipulative way where she's "playing" with him, it's likely because she's uncertain, nervous, and most probably still a virgin.
Relation with Josi/Maya never will end well, due the personality of MC.
Again, not sure how you came to this conclusion because regardless of the route the MC takes, there isn't anything about the MC's personality that would suggest he'd be the cause of them potentially breaking up again.
With Quinn most probably end in jail or expelled.
Perhaps, but I could also see a scenario where her operation starts to fall apart due to her actions and she drags the MC down with her, which leads to a bit of a redemptive arc for Quinn where the MC can choose to help her set things right or let her do her own thing while he does his.
The others side chicks are just for fun.
The MILFS Bella, Jade and Cathy are good for sex, but not for a relationship.

So far, the best character is Sage, despite her little weakness for that moron of boyfriend. Hope the relationship grows up with her.
For being no strings attached FWB, sure, but this relationship might be doomed to fail in the long run if either:
A) Sage can't get over her feelings for Chad and is so hurt by the whole thing that she doesn't let the MC get closer than FWB
B) Same as A but Sage eventually doesn't even want to be FWB anymore
C) Chad isn't gay, dumps his side-piece, wants to get back together with Sage, and she accepts because she still has feelings for him.
