thanks, probably playing as a dik will prevent me from getting a lot of scenes with them, but even if they reject me they still have feelings for the mc, i think that in a neutral/chick route you will get a polyamorous relationship with them while as a dik you will lose quite a bit of spicy content but with the right choices you might be able to get one of them back.

Mc was already 18 years old, so it's his 19 birthday, and in both cases he would have been informed by the lawyer before that, i think that would be just lazy writing.
If Dr Pinkcake want to make it better he can make it so that the mother faked her death because of her family pressure and payed the hospital to lie to her husband about her death, so she is still alive.
Or he could make it that his family from the mother side, want to reconnect with him (grandparents, aunts and uncle, cousins) and from that he start a relationship and they can give him a part of the family wealth.

An inheritance from nowhere would be lazy writing.

meh , you suggesting full on argentine soap opera with the mother being alive bullshit, which is worse, than a little laziness.
and unless the family from the mother side, has connected to may be Jill, or others, it is a waste of time bring them into the story. there is already too many storyline, so it has to conect some how to main story.
MC getting money, and becoming rich, also fit more to the story. especially now.
but we will have 5 month to speculate

Do you need to be massive dik to unlock the second, third, and fourth episode 5 scenes? The ones between the Rinoa scene and the Sage one.

the only scene that requires the massive dik status is the one in the bathroom

It's been known MC's mom was coming from a rich family. Him getting a possible inheritance that may have been hinted on Ep 1 is lazy writing? But her going 007 James Bond with crazy twists, faking death etc. is good writing?

It was never stated that her mother's side contacted him or his father. It was clearly stated MC's mom left his family to be with MC's dad, and she died giving birth. They probably hate MC and his Dad, cuz she's dead because of them. If it wasn't like that, they wouldn't let the memory of their daughter suffer from poverty growing up. Now they have no reason to contact them after 18-19 years, except she had a will that they couldn't find any way around it, and were obliged to abide the will.
So, what you wrote is more lazy writing than him getting a possible inheritance.
