People have already answered this, but to try to handle the 'or similar" aspect without spoilers...
So far, there's only one scene where a girl the MC can fool around with has an 'intimate' scene with someone other than the MC (without the MC present; there are some optional threesomes). But that scene was a flashback, so there is no NTR. What there is is drama, hurt feelings and possibly some jealousy. It's generally played as the result of young and horny kids in college rather than rubbing the players nose in being cuckolded. That's far from NTR in my book, but YMMV.
There is also no shortage of cheating in the game. Usually it's a girl in a relationship (of some sort) fooling around with the MC. You can choose to skip the lewd scenes, but sometimes the girls will still have a big role in the story. There are side characters cheating on other NPCs, too; the aforementioned Arieth is the poster girl for it at this point.
If that sort of thing equates to NTR in your book, you might want to get more info before you dive into the game. If not, then I heartily recommend giving it try. It's been great so far.
Probably mid November. We can see if things have accelerated with tomorrow's Dev update, but I'm skeptical.
