It can also mean women who are old enough to be your mother, so to an 18 year old, a woman who is at least 16 years older than them could be considered a MILF, with or without kids.

Therefore, Nicole is a MILF because she has a child, and Nora is MILF because she's old enough to be the MC's mother.

I did not. Do you not know what the phrase "old enough to be" means? Because it isn't literal.

It simply means that they're of an age where the difference in age between them and someone else could be that of a parent and child. Therefore, if Nora is at least 35, then she is old enough to be his mother but is not his actual mother.
