It's not a matter for how long the game has been around that it should have a lesbian tag. It's a good thing you asked. I went in-game and checked the only lesbian scene the game has so far was recently introduced in episode 6, there wasn't any previously.

Don't block the ads, they are a form of revenue for the site. Just ignore them. I admit, I've seen the same small handful of Brazzers ads played over and over, you just gotta learn to ignore them. A necessary evil you might say.
Technically there are no lesbians, only straight and bi characters, but there is definitely a fair amount of girl/girl action (with and without the mc present) especially if you count the reward renders in the gallery.
