Probably to signify that it's an older picture, the symbolism of nostalgia, and all that.With over 5000 pages someone must have said it already but what if the reason the second picture appears to be in B&W is that it's faded due to age and that it's actually of Jill's mum and sister?
From a more realistic slant, it could be the polaroid camera has a black and white setting.
The one holding up the little girl on their shoulders is most definitely not Bella. Her entire facial structure is different to Bella's. Also, I'd say young Jill looks to be about 8 or 9 here.
It does fit. Jill and the MC are only 2 years apart and, as I said, Jill looks more like she's about 8 or 9 in that picture. Her sister here looks to be about 16-18 and the age gap between them is entirely possible. I knew a girl way back when I was in school whose parents had their 4th daughter when she was 12.
Jill's parents could be much older than the MC's, or at least his Mom who was only about 18 or 20 when she had him and Neil was closer to 30. Jill's 21 now and if her sister was at least 8 years older than her, then her parents could be at least 47, and that's perfectly feasible.

It is not what DPC wants. They've explicitly said they're against incest and it won't be in the game, so that's that. Case closed.As I said, I'll let myself be surprised. If you knew beforehand, the game would no longer be fun.
Besides, it's nice to read all the theories, wishes and ideas.

Which is exactly what I would do if I knew I was never going to need to show Jill when she was younger or the sister outside of that one image.

Wow, I hadn't considered that Quinn might be behind the leaking of Cathy's picture. If that's true, any potential of her being just an unlucky girl from a bad background is gone and she is a straight up scumbag. At a certain point all of the rotten things you do in life add up and that makes you a rotten person
and not simply a tart with a heart. The "I had a difficult upbringing" excuse only goes so far (if at all).

If MC hooks up with Cathy in ep. 7, beware. She is going to take out her anger in the bedroom. And not the mild stuff of Jade's antics. Maybe the picture leaking is the catalyst for Cathy becoming a true fem dom. Kind of like a super villain's origin story.

That's likely a fake scholarship Burke had created to cover-up what Mona would have been doing as a HOT had she stayed. Burke isn't a teacher at the college, he's more like a fellow and he probably has the money to provide these "scholarships", provided the girls play ball with Quinn's prostitution ring and he gets a piece of the action with the girls every now and then.
