All of you make valid points, but I think the mysteries surrounding Bella will unravel in chapter 7 with the ultimate reveal coming in as a cliffhanger of chapter 8. In fact I think that the ending of chapter 8 will answer a lot of questions - Bella, Chad, Maya's dad, Burke, the blackmailer.

You're sitting there with your annoying girlfriend watching some jackwagon dude on screen trying to be smooth and get with his crush. While gf is yelling out "YAASSSS GIRLLLL, Slayyy Queen," every few minutes, you can't really get into it. It's not you on screen and you can't make the choices and often you don't experience any of the "love" scenes in first person. In BaDIK, when Sage looks into the camera and calls you by the name you entered, you really do feel like she is talking to you, loves you, and lusts after you. That is why many players are so obsessed with these girls and keep coming back to the forum. Or you're simply a DIK like me who is on lockdown and wants to see some pixelated ginger jubblies because the real thing is in short supply.
