I don't know if she is really in love with him ( i don't think so ) , but for sure i know that actually she is the only person in the game ( between the main characters ) that could be involved for a possible big twist in the plot ...
In this game i'm beginning to think that not all that at first sight it looks good in the end it is and of course also the contrary ...

What makes you think she isn't running one of those too? She strikes me as the sort that looks for any means of a shady nature to make money. There is an option for "No" - when MC yells that he came. So, I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure that if you must yell to stop someone from doing something sexually abusive to you, that's rape.

Yes - that's something I think about Quinn, too. I'm sure someone is behind all prostitution and drug deals. I mean, in most games I wouldn't give much thought to that because of most devs wouldn't care much about the story and plotholes would be something natural to them but there are some good writers really taking care of plotholes and DPC is one of them.

So, it would be impossible organized prostitution and drugs are going on for years without some powerful person(s) covering that up.

Yes and no.
