Well MC slept with Bella on the couch and that seemed to go ok. Maybe it's Jill's humping or some other reason which will come up sometime in the future.
Yes, Jill humping is my the theory I think most likely (therefore probably something completely different). The night terrors idea really doesn’t have a basis in anything, but being able to sleep next to MC could be seen as Bella being comfortable with him for an as yet unknown reason. (Going really depend, it’s possible Bella knew Lynette as they are the same age, and had same favourite song)
I think Jill could be a closet bi. It's being teased a little with Josy. Their close "relationship" is brought up several times in MC's internal monologues, in the phone bios, and the end of episode recaps. Then you have the possible sleep humping of Bella. So I don't think a Jill/Bella/MC threesome is that far-fetched. If it does happen, however, it will be a long way off.
I think Jill might be bi as well, but we also know she takes sex seriously, and doesn’t want to feel pressured. She might be the only virgin in the school. That said a few glasses of whine and some MC pro could get us all sorts of fun prizes. Though I can’t imagine it having a good end result if it does happen.

I do like this idea, i Can’t decide if I’d rather see ‘big’ Jill top ‘little’ Josy or the other way round. Still something would need to happen with Maya and Josy, as I can’t see her cheating (Again)
I pick up on the idea that Jill is bisexual.
That Josy separates from Maya is impossible in my opinion. At the end of EP4 Josy clearly said that Maya has priority for her.
Therefore, Maya has to separate from Josy and that will only happen if she is forced to do so (father) or Josy keeps a secret that destroys the relationship between the two.
Even with a forced separation of the two, Josy will probably continue trying to stay in contact with Maya.
The tipping point could be MC. If MC actively decides for Maya and thus excludes Josy, that she saves herself in the arms of Jill.
But then the probability for a threesome Jill/Josy/MC is very low.
I guess it‘s also possible that on the grounds MC is in an open relationship with them, that Josy uses that as justification that she could have a threesome. A stretch but is it cheating if 2 thirds of the threesome are in a relationship?
