The problem here is not any personal preference on my part, it's that people are actively choosing to ignore what the game is indicating simply because they don't want her to be a virgin. It's not that I want her to be, it's that the game is strongly suggesting she is.

If this game made it more ambiguous, I'd say it could go either way. If this game made it clear she wasn't a virgin and people were saying she was, I'd be pointing out how she isn't. But this game is sending very strong signals that she is and the personal preferences of others are causing them to be blind to those signals.

If you really want talk about who's right and who is wrong. MC and Derek are mostly in the wrong they both trespassed, Derek caused a mass panic with a fire alarm, and MC assaulted Tybelt by punching. MC and Derek should count themselves lucky for knowing Jill or for being a genuinely good person.

Mc has only to thank that Tybalt is a stupid, spoilt boy.
if he had accused Mc of what he actually did, ruining the preps fundraiser for a stupid joke, nothing could have redeemed him.

MC and Derek intentionally damaged the DIKs mansion and ruined their party which was an important occasion anyway (with the risk of damaging Jill's piano).
it doesn't matter what he can prove or not because, apart from an extreme revenge, Tybalt has nothing to gain from actually suing MC

but DPC to make sure Tybalt had no chance stuffed his tale with unnecessary lies that make his version completely unreliable. and after his terrible "blackmail" Jill three times in a couple of days was with MC freely, once even in front of everyone, including Tybalt.

And you and everybody else on this side are massively misinterpreting Jill's character.

She believes there are "unwritten rules" of dating and part of that is that on the 3rd you have sex, but she struggles to even say that to the MC, and she talks about how the dates were forced on her and that they "weren't enjoyable". So why would she have more dates with these guys after the first one? Does she really seem the kind of person who, if she got to the 3rd date with a guy she doesn't like, would just be like, "well, I guess we should have sex since it's the 3rd date"?

This isn't a personal interpretation, this is what Jill is actually conveying to us.

Tybalt slapped like a bitch and got decked for it one time that planted him on his ass. It's not the MC's fault that Tybalt obviously can't take a punch but can apparently dish out hits to other people he verbally abuses to boot.

Derek is the one who set off the fire alarm? Did anyone witness it? No evidence to support, then there's no crime. Hearsay doesn't work. If anyone gets in trouble, it'd be Tybalt for hitting another student first and right after insulting the MC. Since Chad already did similar, he could claim Tybalt was bullying him and then assaulted him so he had to defend himself. Since the MC walks away after that option of only hitting back once, that's called self defense. His ass is covered with the witnesses of that incident.

That would be like claiming that the robber shot in self-defense. The first illegal action was trespassing, that was the MC, a slap is a proportional reaction to the contravention, the punch only adds injury to the charge of trespassing.

A punch after being slapped could also be cited as escalation since one is more forceful than the other and could therefore be what receives the harsher punishment. It's like when you hear about cases where a burglar sues a homeowner for attacking and injuring them; the burglar may have initiated the crime and is guilty of it, but the other person escalated it.
