Just a thought if this hasn't been mentioned before, but it was Burke that the MC saw in Bella's home the first night he was there and drunk out of his mind. Dude was all dressed up tacticool snooping through her home and tried to hide so he wouldn't be discovered. He was lucky enough that the MC was too drunk to realize he was an intruder and thought of him as an alcohol induced hallucination. I'm laying odds that Burke and his son Tybalt are both psycho stalkers that end up doing nasty shit to people later in the game.

What I find interesting how everyone try to focus on what crime MC committed, when he and Derek basically didnt commit any actuall crime, the most that can be said, they comited a prank. While there was actual crime going on. Quinn and Rick drug dealing, Burke try to fuck a Student "prostitution". What MC and Derek did was nothing just a prank. and an actual Investigation , would not benefit anyone , asking witnesses where they were what they did , would reveal very unpleasant things for some peoples, Including Tybalt's father. so all in al Tybalt is bluffing and Jill dumb enough to believe him. I admit that I misinterpreted her character, I tough she is way more smarter

The images are too similar as far as his face and body frame being identical. Not to mention during the argument Jade has with him, he keeps bringing up Bella and pissing Jade off with his obsession towards Bella. Tybalt is showing the same obsession towards Jill, thus displaying a similar behavior pattern like his father (heck, Tybalt has shown some interest in Bella too). Burke also removed Mona's transcripts from the college computer system because she wouldn't have sex with him at the Prep party. I'd say the guy qualifies for vindictive psycho and stalker.

That's highly possible considering Nick has blonde hair. We never do get to see the opposite photo in Jade and Stephen's bedroom as to who their second kid is. Which makes me wonder if maybe Nick was the one who posted the image of Cathy on the DIK's rooster page. I also find it interesting that Nick's room was the only room that was conveniently untouched when the jocks supposedly trashed the mansion. The DIK attitude simply means you do what you want and don't care how it makes others feel. Talk crudely, fight people, look up girls skirts (the skirt one to me is creepy and fucking childish but it's a porno game so you gotta factor that in I guess). But if you look at who Rusty is now, as the president, he's actually a good guy; he cares about people (he even cried when talking with Cathy of the cluck). Tommy's the only freeloader left.

Mc telephones Jill manipulating her for information about who's at the Preps (that Jill who would constitute his right to shit in Tybalt's sink if he felt like it)
then they spy inside the Preps' mansion with a stolen drone (but even here it's a joke and the owner is a nerd so...)
they sneak in, but Jill has said they can do it so they are generous to do it secretly, otherwise if someone had stopped them they would have committed the terrible crime of not agreeing to Jill's word
they steal two suits, but they steal them from the Preps so it's an act of social justice
they pull the fire alarm (which if connected to the fire station would be a crime even that...)
they interrupt a fundraiser, but again it's the Preps' fundraiser so it's a credit to them
damage the Preps' home, but theirs was damaged too so again it's social justice
but it's MC and Derek!!! come on! how can they do anything wrong with those little faces

Now seriously, it all comes to culture. I always get surprised by what people in USA think it is a "prank". Some jokes that friends do to others would end here in a fist fight an end the friendship, yet they tolerate it. But also some things that would end in court in USA and Europe, here in South America would be solved beetween the people involved.
From a moral point of view, and acording to my particular place in my country and group of people, i find all thoose things just problems beetween young people, who should mostly be tolerated, as long as its not abusive against someone who cant stand for himself.

Looking at Leon and Jamie now, they are clearly Betas. They do not take any responsibility within the DIK fraternity. They just follow Rusty. Tommy is not an alpha either. No Alpha would willingly take a scapegoat role for Quinn.
Quinn is an Alpha woman with the negative traits. Sage is also an alpha woman. Therefore, there will inevitably be a choice between the two. I am curious to see who will be the leader of the HOT's.
MC is an Alpha with the positive traits. Rusty is also an alpha, but a weaker one than MC, which is why he lets MC move up in the group hierarchy. The joke with Tommy is, he sees himself as an Alpha and that is dangerous because he is not one. When MC beats Tommy and wins, MC relegates Tommy to his place in the group. That is why there will inevitably be a major confrontation between the two. What Rusty does well, however, is that he is looking for a strong alpha who can replace him as group leader at some point.
