Let me start by saying this: The first game from Dr. PinkCake, Acting Lessons, is one of the best media experiences I've had in my 24 years of living. It was so good that I started it at about 11PM one night and completed the game at 6AM because I could not gain the composure to put it down. If you haven't played that, go play it. It's heartwarming, heartbreaking, beautifully-written, and of course--great jerk-off material.

With that said...Being a Dik is also pretty great as of right now. My biggest issue is the giant-nipple syndrome most of the characters are afflicted with. I'm really not into that at all. There's still some really great lewd scenes, but just like with Acting Lessons, I find more often than not, my dick remains safely tucked away inside my pants and I'm playing this game for the story. It should be worth noting, though, that the renders are PHENOMENAL. The subtle lighting changes and animations really help to flesh out these individual and unique characters.

Also, god fucking dammit, the music is so good. It's taken me 15 minutes to write this review because I'm listening to the chapter 4 soundtrack in the background. Even the rough-cut vocal takes on the sad songs don't bother me because the music is so beautiful. The upbeat punk-ish shit is great too. Just play the game. Don't come in looking for a quick fap, don't skip around. Get attached to the characters.

TL;DR 4/5, too many big-titted-giant-nippled women, great story, scenes, characters, and music.

Amazing! The bomb in the end of Episode 3 blew me away! That is not nice Dr. Pink Cake! I was playing it around 1AM feeling sleepy and all and then boom! I honestly didn't expect that. Kept me awake till 4AM! That is not nice Dr. but damn it was freaking worth it.

Characters, all of them are beautifully done, the renders, the back stories, the main story line, they all work. It's really cool that you get to choose who you wan't to go after, but all the ladies are done so well it's really hard to choose. So you really have to play this more than once.

Derek is funny as fvck! Maya and Josy felt real and beautiful. Bella, Jill and Sage are right up there holding their own, can't wait to get more of their stories. AA are stupidly funny, HOT's live up to their name, DIK's felt like family.

Jill and MC with helmet bed scene made me laugh so hard I almost fell of my chair. Drunk sleep over with Bella is also priceless.

Gotta give this 5 stars. Story and characters are awesome. The animations are great. This is definitely one of the better titles on this site. All of the girls were incredibly unique and had a charm of their own. True romance or deviously raunchy; the choices are there for you to explore. 10 out of 5 stars for this game.

Amazing and exceptional game. Emotional heavyweight, with a cast of well-written and believable characters. You see people arguing for and against different girls with zeal in the comment thread - that's how engaging their stories can be. Helped me get through a bad breakup.

• The Render quality is astonishing
• The Animation quality is good (amazing for a single dev game)
• The character design and variation is beyond impressive
  • They also behave according to their looks, sounds superficial, but for me it adds immersion.
• There is a good amount of attention to detail

Story:

• To put it simply: The story has me hooked and I can't wait what happens next.
• I could speculate about this game for hours effortlessly.
• I never thought that the story was incoherent

Dev:
I'll keep it short and say: Good communication and motivation for the project.

The Bad:
In all honesty: I have yet to find a single dev game which has so few things I dislike. Of course you can find a mistake here and there, but not enough for me to write a list.
If you keep in mind the scale of the project and can overlook some minor mistakes (some might say non existant)..you won't be disappointed.

Summary:
Unless this game is not your taste at all, you should try it.

This is a very nice game, with a complex story, great renders and even nice animations, including idle animations on regular dialogues, not just sex scenes. It looks like a product of hard work and dedication, very impressive if it's true that it's just one developer doing all the work. A stellar example what can be realistically achieved in a given period of time, making many other developers look like procrastinators or scam artists.

Most girls look awesome, maybe with the exception of Jill and Jess and their alien eyes syndrome (eyes too far apart, weird angle). But that's just my taste and they both have nice personalities and I'm sure they have fair share of fans on their own. Other girls are simply stunning and that applies not only to main girls but also teachers, other sorority girls and side characters. Except for feminists which are ugly and rightfully so.

I actually love the way this game makes fun of gender studies and crazies in this class that treat it seriously. And how the slutty milf teaching this class can talk with a poker face while taking care of mc's dick under the table.

The game can be irritating to some people that can be easily triggered with negative feelings but there is a very nice warning about that and if it looks bad at the start it feels acceptable in the late chapters. Minigames aren't very interesting either, fighting would be ok but it's not very balanced and really invites cheating as the most logical solution, shuffle sucks hard, at least it's very easy, only tennis is enjoyable once you figure out what to do there. Fortunately there is an option to skip minigames completely, I'm really thankful for that.

Overall a very pleasant experience, only few minor cons, still deserves a maximum rating in my opinion. One of the best games here.

This creator got me with acting lessons, which was by far the best renpy/fap/porn game I played, it was a great story, it had awesome animations, and never became dull.

This game looks like its gonna be even better, way more content, and everything seems improved, its funnier, its sexier, its cool, I can do nothing more then recommend this fully. I can't waith for what comes next

One of the best VN games I've played to be quite honest. It's got funny moments, tough decisions, but best of all, ass and titties! I was almost going to skip this game as I originally mistook it for Become a Rockstar, and I'm glad I didn't skip it.

this game has it all: multiple paths, great rendering, great characters and story, clever animations, best game I've played until now. It is a big replay value and took me several hours to play. hats off!

I will try to keep it simple.
The story is deep and long. Few hours of gameplay for v 4.1 and I meant it. (I played it till morning of next day. Twice to only finish the story once. Yet I didn't manage to see half of the scenes. There is soo much to choose from.
Its like multiple games in one. There is lifelike social media app on our phone. Damn its so realistic.. jaw drops when I think of magnitude of this project. It cept me enterteined even when I blew my chance with 2 of possible best girls in this game. So

Sometimes mini games were annoying but it covers up as game proceeds it becomes interesting.
I started playing because I was bored and was not interested in the game but by the end of the game I really enjoyed the game.

Gorgeous game, this dev really needs all the credits. The story is intriguing, the game is funny and some characters are really good. The renders are amazing and the plot is not bad, overhall one of the best games here. Certainly better than some other games with more success. Consider me a patron from now on.

Probably the best game on here.

• Renders are gorgeous.
• Writing is very good. MC feels human, as do other characters of which there's a host of but despite the numbers they manage to have their own distinctive personality.
• You're rewarded by being either a DIK or CHICK with different story and conversation options so lean either way. Whichever way you choose you'll not be a total asshole or a wimp. Playing as a decent human being is actually viable this game.
• The plot isn't unbelievable. Normally you embellish certain aspects of the game in order to explain the sexual situation that the MC finds themselves in but in this case they feel "normal".
• No superpowers, no corruption, no incest, no problems. I like those things sometimes but I don't need them always.
• Mini games are actually playable without feeling grindy or dumb.

All in all an easy 5/5 and a game worth patreoning if you haven't tried doing so before.

i'm just amazed with this game, the graphics, the development of the history, it's just sooo goood, i love all the things that is in this game (Except Chad and Tri-Alpha's fagots) but man this shit made my day, i will play it again tomorrow and do all the things possible.

I really enjoyed the characters in this game. There was a solid story line and it wasn't too grindy. The models are very pretty and content in the release is good. I highly recommend giving this game a look if you are into the whole college scene.

Pros:
- Renders are beautiful. Places, objects, people and lighting all look natural.
- Animations are perfect. Not only there are lots of them, they all look exceptional, the only other game with animations that good is City of Broken Dreamers. Definitely one of the best features of BaDIK
- Story. Not much has happened in this first season story-wise, but it's a good story so far. And the main plot (college freshman trying to get into a fraternity) is somewhat original. Also, having played Acting Lessons before makes me confident that Dr PinkCake has the ability to make a kick ass story.
- Humor. This is a fun game, with lots of funny moments. Pranks, Derek picking fights with feminists, funny dialogues... It all comes together to make this a very enjoyable game
- Dialogues are well written
- Minigames. Challenging enough to not be pointless
- Characters. Very diverse (there's the rich girl, the poor girl, the nasty girl, the sweet girl, the mysterious girl, and so on...). Not much depth on most of them, but it's not a problem to the story.
- Choices. I really like how your choices change your DIK score, which affect what choices are available and what paths you go through. Although I think it's hard to go through the "chick path"

Cons:
- Free roam. Not a very big deal, but it's very confusing and difficult to know where you are and move around in certain places. For example, Bella's house and DIK's mansion.


Final grade: 9.5/10

This is a must play. I had fun every step of the way so far and now I'm gonna try different paths

Thank you for a great game. The characters are all interesting and memorable. Each one has a unique character. The dialogue is funny and occasionally sad, but that is part of the appeal. I am looking forward to more of this adventure.

Not much to say,just play this game for yourself. It's an experience you don't want to miss. Great art, very good music, but most important a really really good story. My god, each character its different from another, and they are all so real,its amazing. Absolutely stunning game, well done Dr PinkCake!
