how could Vinnie have personally uploaded Cathe's photo? they would have noticed him going in or out, so what would Nick be doing in the library?
the photo would have been taken in the Jocks gym, Dawe hates Cathe, but that would be evidence against Vinnie?

btw how about Dereck? He is the only one missing at the party, also Camilla, but she shows after you give the beer to Mona.
then you have conversation with him and he tells you a secret that he usually make things worse for them (DIKs)...
and what about Quinn, who shows at the end of the party with Tommy, but where is she before that? She has comment on the cluck that eats popcorn... and it seems she enjoy herself... about the whole situation... / Tommy has access to the laptop and he wants to become President of the DIKs maybe with the idea that things will goes exactly the same way like Chad & Dawe situation..

yeah but where is he before the spinning game... because Rusty flies from somewhere to stop the spinning game with the news and you check your phone and the cluck already have 500+ likes... it's just a thought I personally believe in the second theory with Quinn&Tommy...

Correct, we have absolutely no known motives as to why Vinny would want to expose Cathy, nor why he would want to compromise Rusty's position.... Perhaps if he could pull it off somehow to get this all blamed on Tommy but i doubt he would risk getting all the DIK's in trouble just to have a chance to get back at Tommy... most are his former brothers and he's still on very good terms with Nick...
The laptop being found in the library is just one part of the picture, it's more important to know where the laptop was to begin with.... we know John Boy said he didnt enter Rusty's room earlier because he heared a woman and didnt want to disturb Rusty during the act...
Dawe has atleast the motive to expose Cathy and the Jocks have the motive to compromise Rusty as payback for loosing their president Chad... But it's unlikely any Jocks where at that party so who had the opportunity to get to that laptop?
Nick has a reason to be sitting in the library.... John Boy has a reason to be in that hallway since he's waiting in line at the toilets... Why is Riona sitting there by herself though? and who is in that toilet? Why dump the laptop in the library since it would have been much easier to dump it in that room with the benches on the other side of the hallway... (coming from Rusty room anyway.... )
No, it isn't. You are reading into it what you want to see rather than what is actually there because for some reason you want to hate her. But it absolutely is not what you say it is.

Before we get know the facts about Vinny there is no clue who did it but in later episodes all things come together.
I have feeling that some HOTs involved too but I need to do a DIK walkthrough to be sure. Maybe next week.

Maybe Vinny just was hired to do the cluck - he is a best candidate for that. He knows the mansion well, he has an access to DIKs Rooster, he is not so good person (even Nick understand it but defends him anyway).
Thanks for your reply! I think finally it's already updated although now I can't run the game -.- (I'm having the "permission" issue for mac) but this time I can't run the game even using Terminal, I've tried:
chmod -R +x ./BeingADIK.app/* (As it's in the installing instructions, It had worked when I first installed BADIK but not now)
chmod a+x
chmod 755
The last two options I saw them in this thread and still wouldn't work, any ideas on this problem?

There's one other bit of evidence from that party that I always felt was significant. If you try to enter the small bathroom (the one next to the supply closet that later becomes Derek's room) you hear an unknown female voice say 'occupied'. During all previous parties that door is locked.

The rooster password would have worked on any computer, so why would he take the trouble to do it on that laptop and in the DIK mansion?
