To be fair to Bella, her sex scenes don't contain much dialogue, which is cool, it makes her different.

If you consider each girls sex scenes:

I don't think people are injecting their own norms on this game in so far as Quinn's activities are nefarious.

Simply by the way Lily frames it when confronting Quinn:

I don't think there's any doubt that what Quinn dabbles in is illegal. The extremely coy way Quinn and Lily skirt around starting their business relationship shows both are being careful.

If it's all legal and legit where you come from, you may find it's your cultural bias that's interfering with how you see it.

You being sarcastic doesn't change anything. You didn't even address my point that WE DO NOT KNOW HOW LAWS WORK IN THAT WORLD. All we DO KNOW from that exchange is that a stripper doesn't like what Quinn the prostitute is supposedly doing ( a clear conflict of interest i would say). We know she deals drugs and we know she engages in prostitution, i'm not accepting the blackmail charge though because to me that was more of a threat to save her and everyone elses asses.
