In EP8 we can decide if the MC can tell Josy about Chad and Troy. To Sage, the MC definitely says in EP8 that no one else knows. Oops. Josy might know and spill the beans. Sage apparently wants to keep Chad and Troy's secret to herself because she didn't confront Chad about it.

If you are a chick or have too good of a relationship with Jill it won't happen because you will just see Quinn skulking off when she sees you talking to Jill. Then if you are a chick/neutral she will reject your suggestion to hang together and the Quinn path is dead. If you are a DIK she will hang out with you in the park and smoke while propping up her feet on you before having a cuddle. She is very uncomfortable and compares you to a leafy green vegetable. If you get this scene then you will in turn get the scene after the threesome where you find her smoking and cuddle with her outdoors. I surmise that your mod use broke this path because I'm not sure that you are supposed to get the threesome if you didn't get the library scene.
