The legal trouble was explained already in Ep3 during the MC/Bella lunch conversation. MC got into a fight in school and the other boy's parent threaten to sue.

I have a theory that the mc dad’s in Neil bio legal trouble is that he killed someone by accident in past that is the reason why he has no money to fix his house and that person could be jill sister?

I would discard this hypothesis for a matter of age

Jill's sister should have died no more than 10 years ago, if an accident of the kind had happened MC would be aware of it, he might not know the details but he would know that hisfather was involved in a serious accident.

the fact that Mc does not know anything about it means that either it is not important, it only serves to give a reason for the financial difficulties of his family, or it is something much further back in time, perhaps linked to the complicated relationships with Lynette's family

That should be it, but in the forum rules Twins is not a sexual tag, for whatever reason so you can not have sex with either of them to apply and it applies to non identical twins too.

I secretly wish that Tybolt and Chad are in secret gay romance... yet it doesn't look that way - Tybolt is Jill-panty sniffer. It's extremely likely Chad is gay and doesn't want it to be known by the Tri-Alphas. Of all the likely candidates for intolerance, those meatheads definitely fit the bill.

I agree, even when discussing how you should refer to someone who is transgender - identifying with their biological sex or their chosen gender, coming from a student in the gender studies class, it's an obvious answer. It's like DPC wants to challenge it or something. Obviously the progressive stance is to identify them with their gender preference, but if you answer contrary Jade validates your answer. Unlikely in that environment in today's world.
