The legal trouble was explained already in Ep3 during the MC/Bella lunch conversation. MC got into a fight in school and the other boy's parent threaten to sue.

I would discard this hypothesis for a matter of age

Jill's sister should have died no more than 10 years ago, if an accident of the kind had happened MC would be aware of it, he might not know the details but he would know that hisfather was involved in a serious accident.

the fact that Mc does not know anything about it means that either it is not important, it only serves to give a reason for the financial difficulties of his family, or it is something much further back in time, perhaps linked to the complicated relationships with Lynette's family

That should be it, but in the forum rules Twins is not a sexual tag, for whatever reason so you can not have sex with either of them to apply and it applies to non identical twins too.

I secretly wish that Tybolt and Chad are in secret gay romance... yet it doesn't look that way - Tybolt is Jill-panty sniffer. It's extremely likely Chad is gay and doesn't want it to be known by the Tri-Alphas. Of all the likely candidates for intolerance, those meatheads definitely fit the bill.
