Man, this is starting to look like a JJ Abrams TV series. Unless shit starts getting resolved soon, we're going to get a huge info/drama dump in the last couple of episodes, and everything is going to feel rushed.

One thing I don't get is why DPC keeps introducing different game-withing-the-game mechanics. Does anybody even care about them at all ? It feels like we're wasting time, and he's wasting effort on things that don't further the plot. The whole D&G thing is the worst offender, which provides nearly nothing, save for a very small amount of nude renders.

DnG and the mansion repair mini-game are both wastes of his time and ours because they take too much focus away from the actual story which is what this should really all be about. I guarantee most people, even his patrons although they may not be able to voice this otherwise they'll be banned, would rather that have had more scenes with the girls than have to deal with either of these things, and to have the mansion repair just simply happen without being controlled by this mini-game.

I don't necessarily agree with that, but maybe the mansion repair game could have been done the same way as the fighting and picture puzzle games - you can opt in if you want.

Obviously not cleaning the mansion will leave the DIK mansion is a shitty state (which means dual background renders for every scene in the mansion) but most people like to max out side game stats when there's the opportunity, but having it forced on us may bother some people (personally I don't see how it's that much of a hassle, I'll be replaying the game from scratch when ep.7 comes out, and I'll find out how to optimize when the time comes).

The D&G game: I think there's a split here (maybe slightly more on the against side), but enough people enjoyed it to justify (myself being one of them), and you know the old adage: You can't please all the people all the time, so as long as DPC focuses on pleasing me, I think we can all agree he's doing a good job.

To me the bar is very high for Jill so far. While her "lewd" (they're not very lewd really,) scenes are tame in comparison to every other sexual encounter, I find them the most sensual of all, so I wonder how DPC will pull off a Jill sex scene without it coming across like just another scene (assuming she's not the mc's aunt and the sex scene has a green light).

many of those questions are just curiosities of us players, with a very modest impact on the story and will probably never have a real answer

the important questions are those that have a significant impact on LIs

and incredibly only 3 LIs have any real pending issues.

for Jill they invented one in the sixth chapter, very weak in my opinion.
Josy, on the other hand, is still waiting, hoping that it is definitely not Maya's father.

it is not a thriller in which each tile will find its place in the end

many of those questions are just curiosities of us players, with a very modest impact on the story and will probably never have a real answer

the important questions are those that have a significant impact on LIs

and incredibly only 3 LIs have any real pending issues.

for Jill they invented one in the sixth chapter, very weak in my opinion.
Josy, on the other hand, is still waiting, hoping that it is definitely not Maya's father.

it is not a thriller in which each tile will find its place in the end

I think most queries have been deliberately set up and will be resolved, the ones I think are due to overactive imaginations and may never be answered are:

• Who is Sage's family? (it may not be important - assuming it's not the Burkes - and may never be answered)
• Who is in the other picture frame seen in Jade's home at the start of Ep 3? (could just be another family photo and not important)
• Is the guy with the man-bun Sage's Dad? (Sage's family may not matter and we may never see this guy again)
• What happened to Quinn's Dad? (It could just be implied that he's gone and not addressed again)
• Who was outside the MC's room? (While it probably was the traitor, it could have just been some random lighting issue with the render and amount to nothing)

The rest will be answered either specifically or just by matter of fact, but those above may not be important to the story and may never be answered.

Honestly, it's kind of working for me. You know, attitude is half the battle and she's got it in spades. She's in pretty good shape for her age...I'd almost call her a mature spinner. it seems to me that many apparently important issues have been resolved in a highly anti-climatic way, not solving and not explaining anything

Mc's mother's letter looked like it should change MC's status quo, but we'll have to wait for the last page of the diary to establish that it was just a moment of good feelings, and the grand legacy didn't thrill even that poor MC.

how will Maya get past the scavenger hunt? cheating
and how is she going to keep Quinn from noticing? not showing her anything

the great mystery of the ultimatum of Maya's father was dragged on for 6 episodes and in the end the substance was revealed to us by Maya after 15 minutes that we had met her, the rest were only complications narratively useless and not very credible.

I repeat: it is not a thriller, there is no Kaiser Soze

the big questions right now are just the blackmail of Chad and Bella's husband, the others are questions that will perhaps be resolved between one scene and another.

To me the bar is very high for Jill so far. While her "lewd" (they're not very lewd really,) scenes are tame in comparison to every other sexual encounter, I find them the most sensual of all, so I wonder how DPC will pull off a Jill sex scene without it coming across like just another scene (assuming she's not the mc's aunt and the sex scene has a green light).

Simple; the MC makes good on saying he'd climb up to her balcony because she avoids throughout Ep 7 and Jill is so taken by this gesture that she finally gives in because it's the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for her. It's also very "Romeo and Juliet" as, setting aside how that story ends, it was a measure of how much Romeo loved Juliet that he would risk so much for her in that story, and this would be the MC risking a lot for Jill.

I honestly think this is the best way to break down Jill's defenses completely.

This was definitely more than than a "lighting issue". The images are labeled in the game files as "surprise" and there are 2 images where 2 lights appear to be obstructed by something in front of them.



On one in particular, by increasing the brightness and contrast, it would appear to be a person blocking the light.



So really the question is, who is this and what were they sneaking around for? Also, if this person was sneaking around here, perhaps they were also sneaking around when he was with Bella and it could come back to bite him.
