Most likely June or July. The earliest is May. Depends on what the update will be. I don't think it will be biggest, because at a Halloween party you can combine all the LI and give them specifics without having to create separate scenes.

I'll be overly optimistic and say it may be done within 4 months. of course, in that scenario dpc already dealt with all the issues of upgrading the system and carrying the saves over.

2. without minigames, if you accept the VIP pass (I know it's not worth it but giving it up is not the DIK way) and choose to work at the Pink Rose, Rusty has to sell his car to pay for the windows. with minigames you can just randomly assign points and it's not likely to happen
