Abandoned tags, iirc, come at the 16, to 18 month, stage of no updates plus the Dev needs to have gone radio silent during that time too. So, no, it doesn't deserve the tag.

well, I am pretty sure DPC knows how, and when, tuition needs to be paid. So I would assume it would be settled with in the next two episodes otherwise Maya may just get kicked out of college.

Well, I think she is more conservative in showing emotion. Josy is a bit of a wreck. Emotionally immature. But that's okay, she is young, not her fault.
