When it first came out I loved it then they restarted it from scratch then I got used to it then they restart it from scratch yet again lol.
Next update I bet it will be restarted from the beginning yet again...
I would love to see what happens next but I think at this point it wont happen.

Picked this one after a while, but was surprised that it had a reboot of sorts. While the new intro has a smoother flow, already had my immersion botched with the new "relationship system". Game introduces your mother as "step mother" for some weird reason. And then a few scenes later you can change it? Clearly your "Dad" fathered both you and Nikki with her. Pretty apparent the way he interacts with her, but somehow you can make it so that it is... not?
While I'm not into incest, I don't really condone throwing it out of the window as there are players who are into it and that's fine. I simply ignore it and play other routes. But please, don't sacrifice story to forcefully accommodate it :S

They restarted the game, the current game literally has nothing in it, you're barely even introduced to the characters apart from their names and relations, there is about 5 minutes of game so far.
Remake is a more polished start than the one in the original.
Still with how short this is compared to the amount of run the original got, I have to wonder how many years we're gonna be spending just rehashing old stuff playing catchup to where the plot got in the original version. How long before we get truly fresh content?
I was kind of disappointed the remake didn't touch a lot of the underlying mechanics (stats, morality, skill tree) which felt half-baked.
This is better than the original but it doesn't offer nearly enough added value for someone that's already been along for the first run.

it sounds like only the intro., as the next update will add 500 renders and integrate the new intro. into the existing game.
not sure why dev felt this was necessary. especially since he has stated publicly that he wants to wrap it up quickly.

Why does the new version describe MC as such a weak loser at the beginning?
Can't he just be a normal person?
This was clearly an "alpha male" type of game before, complete with incest and harem.
Now suddenly there are so many Beta-like humiliation plots? Is it necessary?
It would be better if he was just an ordinary person before he had super powers, instead of a skinny and weak man.
Is it likable that an MC used to be a loser? Even if he becomes stronger later, he still has a dark history.

So yeah, I'm gathering the original I played is glitch-city from saves, unless I start from scratch again, but with "re-make" allowing for a minimal beginning, compared to what I originally played! I am definitely OUT. It's too bad, I liked what I had played. Oh well. See you in a year.
So, it's not clear to me. Will the next release make it possible to load the old saves, or do you have to play the whole thing from the get-go?

Agreed. Incest is a cheap and dirty trick for AVNs (Purely my own opinion) to try and turn up the hotness factor. It's overused and poorly done. That said, if your game revolves around incest, taking it out renders the entire project pointless and hollow.
I get why its done (to get around Patreon, just FYI), but its still absolutely devastating to games like this, that lean so heavily on it.
