I don't have a problem with remakes but the game was barely advancing at all and has been in development since 21. Seems like many Patreons gave up on dev right around the time he decided he was going to do a "remake"
The remake hasn't caught up so if you want all the content just play the old one and do a new playthrough if he ever catches up. It's been close to a year since the remake he's redone the intro plus 400 renders in this new version which is test. Don't count on this ever being finished my advice is like I said play the original and forget about it until he catches back up if that ever even happens. He is already talking about moving onto other projects.

If you played the previous version before the reboot, you would have learned MC has been taking a medication that has been suppressing his body growth, and his powers.

It is remake and just few reply above yours everything is clearly explained. There is little to no content in the new remake for now, it is pointless now to play the old version which had significant amount of content (I think close to 4 chapters?) as that will not be continued.Tell me. Do I need to play the old version? Or can I start the new one right away?

Okay... I played Dark... No horses scene compared to Light. Again, nothing after the hospital... No chapter 1...The Intro only? Is the game really stopping at the hospital?

Why change the intro? I don't understand why characters can only be renamed (relationship) after the intro. What's the point?
I'll start by saying that my English isn't very good and maybe I read it wrong. Does the woman pretend to be the step-mother, so that the father doesn't understand that the child is his son? But it fails because he still finds out that the child is his? Or in this new intro she isn't the real mother? So then I don't understand why we can only rename relationships after the intro, when we're told one thing, but it's actually another. I feel very confused right now.
If she pretends to be the step-mother at the beginning, then ok. But if that's not the case, he should give us the choice to change relationships, during the introduction and not after. I understand that maybe he wants to tone it down because of patreon. But by inserting the choice, the problem doesn't exist. So I don't understand.

You are changing the relationship in the beginning of the Intro, not the end of the Intro.
