Its sad how much shovelware there is on Dlsite nowdays.
Been forever since there was a game even worth playing there.
Most are just galleries with some tacked on game play and terrible story.

Think about it in this way, there are waves of new developers, they create they learn. Eventualy they hit the spot after years of experience. Erotic games wasnt that big years ago, but atleast they did it with love and passion. Since there wasnt that much "competition" as there is now. Now people (most of them) does to live from that, i hope this makes sense

I haven't been able to figure out how to open the hard disk images.

I downloaded the emulator - np21w-0.86-rev74 - but the provided image files are .fdi, and the supported hard disk image types are .hdd, .hdn, (for SCSI) .hdi, .thd, .nhd, .vhd, and .slh. (for SISI/IDE). .fdi is supported as a floppy drive image type, and I seem to be able to reset the emulator to boot into them, but I get a Japanese either BASIC or DOS prompt depending on which disk, and I don't know how to read it or what to do from there. (I did recognize an Abort/Retry/Fail prompt, but that didn't help.)

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

EDIT: I appear to have gotten it to boot by booting into the first disk, then inserting the second disk at the A/R/F prompt, then hitting r to retry. I now notice that directions were in the translation notes.
